I thought the same when starting taking it a couple weeks ago. How I did:
- bought BPC -157 10mg + bac water 10ml
- added 3ml of the water in the BPC vial (couldn't fit more as the BPC vial is significantly smaller than the 10ml from bac water, probably 0.5ml more could fit, but didn't want to...
