There are always things that can fuck everyone and everything up even with low dosages but even throwing stuff around which dont make any sense is dangerous.
I understand your point but even that ratio is just a guessing and not relevant for many things, esp for WOMEN, even mentioning compounds which women SHOULDNT use at all is bad.
I know pros with and without a coach, both does work if you understand everything but even those who are working wihtout a coach do have a person who "judges" their physqiue, you always have a wrong picture of yourself thats why a "second pair" of eyes are always good.
