    Here is an old video of me, around 2005, i was 30 years that time. My BW was around 110KG. My best raw bench was 220KG back then. My best bench for reps : 180 KG x 8 190 KG x 5 200 KG x 3 210 KG x 2 On this workout i did 3 sets with 5 reps / 180 KG. That was a classic heavy chest workout...
