Hey guys,

Thought I’d start my current cycle log. My plan is to step on stage for the first time next year if I’m in shape for it , but I never feel ready 😀. About a month ago I finished a bulking phase (after PCT) and went back on PEDs. I was sitting at 95 kg at the start, and now my focus is to cut down as much as possible before starting a longer bulk. Over the next year, my goal is to get as close as I can to a lean 100 kg stage weight.

1. Starting Stats
Age: 32
Weight: Start 95 kg → Current 89 kg
Height: 174 cm
Goal of the cycle: Current goal is to cut as much as possible before a long bulk. Final goal is to reach a lean 100 kg by this time next year and compete for the first time.

2. PEDs Protocol
Total duration: Planned 12–16 weeks (currently in week 4), depending on results.

Weeks 1–12 (current):
– Testosterone Enanthate – 325 mg/week (Driada)
– DHB – 300 mg/week (Driada)

No fat burners like clen or T3/T4 for now – I don’t want to stress my thyroid or heart unnecessarily. I’m relying mainly on diet and training. Anastrozole is on hand if needed. Since we’re expecting a baby, I decided not to add HCG this time, though I might consider it later.

3. Training & Nutrition

Currently running a 6x/week PPL split, using John Meadows’ Avalanche program (posted about it here: link), plus 5–6 sessions of LISS cardio per week.

Training background: Started lifting at 13, did competitive Olympic weightlifting until 15. From then until 2019, I trained mainly for general fitness and fun. In 2019, I got sick and dropped from 80 kg to 61 kg. From then until 2022, I gained my weight back without PEDs (more on that here: link). Using PEDs from 2022.

Nutrition – Carb cycling approach:

  • High carb days: 450–500 g carbs, 50 g fat, 280 g protein, ~30 g fiber
  • Low carb days: 70–100 g carbs, 100 g fat, 280 g protein, ~30 g fiber
  • Medium days: ~200–300 g carbs, fats up to 80 g, protein around 280 g
Supplements: TUDCA, Omega 3, Vitamin D3 + K2, magnesium, zinc, selenium, milk thistle, CoQ10, red yeast rice, berberine, citrus bergamot, saw palmetto, NAC, ashwagandha, B-complex, joint support. For blood pressure: prescription Prestariumu Neo (ACE inhibitor).

4. Progress & Notes

So far I’ve dropped around 6 kg. DHB is slowly starting to kick in – better pumps in the gym, veins becoming more visible (could also be diet-related).But what is definetly related to DHB is strength, it is increasing steadily based on training, even on low-carb days, which I didn’t fully expect.

Side effects: None so far. No PIP from DHB (thankfully). Slightly elevated hematocrit – I’m donating blood this Thursday (do it every 3 months), so that should be under control. Liver enzymes were slightly elevated last time, but nothing alarming and likely training-related.
