Cutting after recovery phase

1. Starting Stats
  • Age: 28
  • Weight before: 95 kg /current 84
  • Height: 175 cm
  • Goal of the cycle: cutting/recomp

Before, I was in a recovery phase after heavy bulking. I pushed the test and primo as high I could without side effects,
which was 600 test with 500 primo/week. Went from 85 kg to 97kg. Ton of food, heavy training for 20 weeks.
Then for 10 weeks I went back to cruise with 200mg/ week test E.
I lost 3kgs while cruising, body composition decreased of course, I made a mistake by not watching what I ate and látod back on training too, so long story short, lost muscle and gained fat... Lesson learned for life.

2. PEDs Protocol

Total duration
16 weeks: Week 1-8:
  • 500mg test E/week
  • 200mg mast E/week
  • 100mg primo/week

Nothing fancy, doing ED injections with insulin syringes.

Week 8-16(3 weeks left)

  • 500mg test E/week
  • 400mg mast E/week
  • 200mg primo/ week
  • T3 10mg/day
  • Clen 40mcg/day
  • For the last 3 weeks doing 30mg of anavar daily

Test stayed the same, bumped up the others.

3. Training & Nutrition

Training Split:
  • 6-day push/pull/legs rotation
  • Pre exhaust with an isolation movement, then heavy compounds, little volume work after. 1 or 2 working sets close to failure, slow and controlled work
  • 30 mins after training (6x/week)
Nutrition:
  • Starting at around 2800-3000kcal/day, now down at 2300/day
  • Intermittent fasting(16-8) 1 time/week on rest day, carb cycling on other days
  • Macros: 2.0-2.2 gramms/bodyweight, with carbs and fats I am flexible
Supplements:
NAC, Omega-3, Zinc, Vitamin E, B-Complex, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Ashwagandha, Astragalus

4. Progress & Notes
  • Down 11kg now, I expect at the end around 80kg, so like 4 more to go.
  • I think about adding low dose of tren A, for the muscle preservation, stay on it after the cycle with lower dose of test and mast and drop the var
  • After the diet reverse dieting adding in calories, that's why continue the gear after, I am very insulin sensitive, let's make advantage of that
  • Side effects are non existent now, only tiredness but that's the diet
  • Blood pressure is great, feeling great in general
  • Didn't lose strenght and my training is much better now than ever before.
