Cycle Log – Test & Tren

Week 1

Kicked things off this Monday. Feeling good so far — no real changes yet, just the usual excitement at the start of something new. Appetite’s already creeping up. Workouts have been smooth, weights feel lighter than last week.

Week 2

Strength is climbing fast. Bench is up by 10 lbs without even pushing it too hard. Sleep’s a bit restless though, and I’m sweating more than usual, especially during cardio. Energy in the gym? Through the roof.

Week 3

Now we’re talking. Muscles look fuller even on rest days. Vascularity is insane — arms and shoulders are popping like never before. On the flip side, patience outside the gym is thinner… gotta watch that.

Week 4

Strength PRs almost every session. Deadlifts feel like they’re flying up. Eating a ton but staying lean, which is crazy. Night sweats are real now — waking up drenched. Mood swings here and there; just keeping my head down and focusing on training.

Week 5

Weight is up 8 lbs but the mirror says it’s all muscle. Pumps are borderline painful but addictive. Cardio feels harder than usual, but I’m not skipping it. Recovery time between sets is almost nonexistent.

Week 6

Performance is peaking. I’m throwing around weights I used to only dream about. Veins in my quads… never had that before. Side effects are still manageable, but I’m counting the weeks and keeping notes for next time.
