Which is best for joints.. ??

As a conservative route I would recommend body tempering above the knee and forearms as well as biceps and triceps on the afflicted side. Look up Donnie Thompson on IG, he shows you how to do it for free in his videos. What I also do is scraping with a graston tool. I had debilitating pain in...

Herniated Disc Recovery – Looking for Advice

I don't have a full blown herniated disc but I had/have a protrusion at L3. What helped me were high volume reverse hypers at 70% 1rm squat, 4x20-25 every 2 days in combination with GHR 4xF twice a week. And doing standing abs for weight (5x10-12) and once for volume (5x20-25) twice a week.

NEWBIE HIGH PROTEIN RECOMP DIET ( extremly cheap )

Skyr is a game changer for me. As I don't cook like typical bodybuilder, I need to improvise because I don't use cream and other too fatty condiments. So I just substitute heavy cream and anything like that with Skyr. Adds protein while keeping fat low, saved my deficit multiple times during my...

    The Powerlifting Thread

I've seen that most of this forum is centered around bodybuilding, so here comes the Powerlifting thread. Share and discuss training plans, methods (conjugate, block periodization, 5/3/1 etc ), meet preps and whatever comes to mind. I've been powerlifting for 10 years now, hit my first elite...

    Activity tracker

I use a Garmin Fenix 5, before I used an Instinct Tactical due to work. The Fenix is far more accurate in terms of heart rate and steps, but lacks the light shielding, but that's not important if you don't need it. The sports functions of the Fenix are also quite good, and I combine it with a...

    Cardio and strength

I do LISS in the evening after lifting, usually around 35 to 60min on a treadmill I have at home. Amazon has some good cheap ones for €200 and it's worth it It didn't keep me from totalling significant numbers on meets and improved my work capacity in strength training quite a lot.

    Cholesterin help

Red yeast rice is pretty much a natural statin. Taking too much can produce statin like sides, like muscle aches and weakness. Been there because I thought more is better, and it didn't help my training. Better to stay at the recommended dose.

    Hunger hacks

What helped me was "fillers" like bell pepper, potato for carbs and not being afraid of well seasoning the food. And drink plenty of water. Not keeping diet unfriendly food around also helps as noone eats 500g of Quark in the middle of the night without flavoring.

The Importance of Stretching and Mobility in Bodybuilding

I can recommend the body tempering method by Donnie Thompson. It's pretty much free as we all have access to gyms, weights and plates. Saved my ass countless times in over a decade of powerlifting

I have now placed 17 orders with Driada over several years and have used a wide range of their products, including Testosterone Enanthate, Oxymetholone, Oxandrolone, Deca, T3, and T4, everything that's relevant to my powerlifting preps and to my medical issues. Payment was uncomplicated and...
