Yeah if he doesn’t use PEDs minoxidil should be more than enough. Finasteride will almost definitely mess his hormones and well being up without PEDs. But make sure to do microneedling if he uses topical minoxidil, I‘ve had great success with that for the time I didn’t use PEDs. Good luck👍🏼
