- What was your goal when starting this product?
- My main goal was to improve sleep quality, enhance recovery, and support muscle retention. I chose this compound because it is known to positively influence deep sleep phases and recovery processes, which are crucial for maintaining muscle mass during intensive training periods.

- I used a maximum dosage of 5 IU per day.
The compound was administered once daily before bedtime.
The dosage remained consistent throughout the entire period of use and was not adjusted.

- The most noticeable improvements were:

- Sleep improvements were noticeable within the first days. Recovery benefits became more apparent after approximately 1–2 weeks of consistent use.

- The results met my expectations. The improvements in sleep and recovery were consistent with what I was aiming for, and muscle retention was maintained without complications.

- No significant side effects were experienced.

- Yes, I would consider using it again, primarily for its positive effects on sleep and recovery. AND in my oppinion the liquid form is more chill to use

However, it should be used responsibly and with proper knowledge, especially regarding nutrition management.

- Best suited for experienced users who prioritize recovery and structured training.
It is important to monitor fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels while using this product.
In my opinion, fasting glucose should ideally remain below 100 mg/dL, preferably in the 90–99 mg/dL range. Postprandial glucose should not exceed 125 mg/dL.
In my case, postprandial glucose was consistently around 125 mg/dL. Morning fasting glucose was usually below 90 mg/dL. On a few occasions, when I consumed a high amount of carbohydrates late in the evening, fasting glucose exceeded 100 mg/dL the next morning. However, it normalized quickly and dropped to approximately 78–84 mg/dL by around 9 a.m.
Proper carbohydrate timing and overall nutritional management played an important role in maintaining stable glucose levels.
