    Small new intake. Just have done also tons of upper body work ( speed Deadlifts for explosive STRENGTH & triceps & biceps work ). Arms and back is growing and my weight is going up. Especially the EOD peaks of this mixed esthers give me a constant level of focus and growing STRENGTH.

    Strong command comrade. The PIP is normal with DHB. Heat it for 1-2 minutes then is the PIP minimal or not so harsh.
