- Daily subcutaneous injections, starting at 1 IU, titrating up to 3, then going back to 1.5 because 3 was too much. I used it in the morning or around noon, not before sleep. Next time I may try it before sleep, but it seemed it would be wasteful, because there is a natural GH surge at night anyway.

- Nope, but I had a lump in my fat around my navel for a few months, despite rotating sites. Probably due to inexperience, I must not have rotated well enough. It's gone after 1-2 months.
