For me, it doesn't work at all - a friend of mine likes it, he gets the tunnel vision but he also got heart problems because of it after a certain amount of time, so he stopped to use it.

I don't go on "feelings" I go on blood tests, physical changes, strength changes and testing of the product .
A "feeling" can be fooled by so many things in NORMAL life and not every single body does get side effects .
Have you checked why you have knee pain ?
If you say it's since you've started running :
Do a analysis of your walk and buy the perfect shoes for you (and yes good running shoes are over 150€)
Start "running the right way" many people are using the "wrong running technique"
Check your hips ...
This is remembering me of my old real carnivore diet. Have only eaten meat and organs for like a year. After that I included eggs, cheese and nuts so it's a keto diet.

There are always things that can fuck everyone and everything up even with low dosages but even throwing stuff around which dont make any sense is dangerous.
I understand your point but even that ratio is just a guessing and not relevant for many things, esp for WOMEN, even mentioning compounds which women SHOULDNT use at all is bad.
