    MLX – Combat Athlete Cycle.

Congrats on keeping the log updated for so long. First cycles are usually suboptimal (looking back), but thats normal, because we need to learn how to manage hormones, supplements and other related variables with PEDs in the play. Reading over the log, I'd say you somewhat overreacted sometimes...

    Cardio and strength

I find cardio to be a very underrated tool (or activity) in the context of strength training and I'll use this thread to try and convince you why getting a room bike is the best purchase you can make in 2026😂 Ever since completely stopping my previous sport and going all-in on strength...

    Dr. Doping's path to greatness

Thanks, I already have it. The first money I ever made from fitness related things, I used to buy a monitor. I measured today and it was 125/60, so it's fine now (reduced telmisartan from 80 to 40mg per day a few days ago).

    Dr. Doping's path to greatness

Thanks. Not gonna lie, it was horrible. The last 1-2 months I kept pushing just because I wanted to do that competition, since I put so much into it. Realistically, as soon as I got injured, I should've stopped, rehabbed the knee and fixed other issues I had, instead of pushing it at every cost...

    Dr. Doping's path to greatness

I've always had bp at the higher range, going up 10kg in a relatively short amount of time definitively wasn't doing my body any favours and the knee injury prevented me from doing cardio. I also learned how to balance electrolytes this year so this is also helping. I haven't measured my bp in...

    Dr. Doping's path to greatness

I'd love to post some images from the competition but I don't want to get doxxed. With all that being said, thanks to the team at Driada for manufacturing all PEDs that helped me to win and to all of you who were here and observed the journey. I'm enjoying the cruise but soon I'll have the itch...

Dr. Doping's path to greatness - Cycle update #6 (25 weeks on cycle and 4 weeks on cruise - 24th of December) 0. Life update As of the time I'm writing this update, I have been on cruise for 4 weeks. Life just gets in the way, in my case it was medterms at university and just other things to...

    Clean Bulk : Test e + Tren e + Boldenone + Dbol

I'd say even that is too much. 300:300 test:eq will be more than enough, especially for a 20 week cycle. Check out his previous cycle log, it seems he did not even train before hopping on his first cycle.

    Clean Bulk : Test e + Tren e + Boldenone + Dbol

I'm afraid he won't listen. Until you burn yourself, you believe that you can pull off impossible shit like this. Sadly, I don't believe anything we say will convince him not to pursue this cycle.

    Clean Bulk : Test e + Tren e + Boldenone + Dbol

Sorry but this is one of the worst cycle ideas I've ever read. You start by saying you did a lot of mistakes during your first cycle, so you'll correct them by... Adding 3 new compounds, each with different side effects and interactions and at quite high dosages. 1. Test e at 300mg per week in...

What should I do if I miss a Tirz injection?

Are you pinning just once per week? If so, why? What is your dose?

    1st time Retatrudite

Anecdotally, only reta (as a GLP1 agonist) can burn fat, besides just reducing apetite. Why the GLP1 agonists really shine is because they "dampen the food noise" thus making cutting easy. Anyone can stick to a diet for a day, most can for a few weeks, but for 3-4 months while getting below 10%...

Tips for blood thickness and cholesterol

A lot has already been said, but there are a few other options to explore. For blood thickness, look into nattokinase. I've only done one phlebotomy and it has been keeping my hematocrit in range for a long time, but I've heard amazing things about nattokinase. For cholesterol, statins aren't...

    My brother's cycle 😈

How come you have decided on this dosage of rosuvastatin? For cholesterol, it is usually prescribed at 5-10mg per day

    GLP agonists big difference

GH and IGF1 would be the first ones that come to my mind. And even though this might be anecdotal, I feel like 4ius of GH have a crazy effect on my body composition. When I start my cut next February, I can't wait to see how GH works on a cut. But as far as fat burners go, what is your current...

    GLP agonists big difference

As far as I know, only retatrutide at around 4mg per week (or higher) has an actual fat burning effect, all other options (sema, tirz and lower dose reta) are just apetite supressants. More important question is whether you need a thermogenic or a partitioning drug.

    Dr. Doping's path to greatness

I already use sbd sleeves. The problem is I can't load my quad AT ALL when flexed less than 120 degrees. If I don't heal up the tendon, it will tear and that would be even worse. I've already been to the doctor for it and we agreed I need to repair the tendon before I start squatting again. At...

    Dr. Doping's path to greatness

Sadly I can't. Tendinopathy is preventing me from training my quads at all except deadlifts. If i bend my knees too much, my tendon feels like it's going to tear clean off the bone. I'm working on recovering it.

    Dr. Doping's path to greatness

Dr. Doping's path to greatness - Cycle update #5 (20 weeks in - 14th of October) 0. Commentary Unfortunately, I have suffered a quad injury. I have developed tendinopathy in my quad tendon which prevents me from squatting or doing most things that require deep knee flexion. Deadlifts are fine...
