If you're a beginner who just had their first test only, or even tried a test and primo dive after a while run and now looking for a rea multi compound stack I got you.

This protocol leads you over 58 weeks through all phases within a BB cycle.
The amount if AAS are specifically adjusted for low exp beginner, wo its rdy to use, you just have to follow the protocol.

If you're not a beginner anymore but liking the compound choice you can just increase each AAS. If you dont know ow how to optimal adjust the amount just message me.

Looked through all my rdy to use stacks and cycles and didn't found your jam? Need smth more individual? Message me.

Let me know what you think abt that long term protocol for low exp beginners and what you would do differently.

📋 1. Revised Cycle Overview (Sustainability Focus)

  • Total Duration: 58 weeks.
  • Core Strategy: A lower-dosed, highly manageable stack focused on consistent progress, minimal side effects, and long-term health preservation.
  • Key Adjustments:
    • Phase 1 (Bulk): Test 250 / NPP 200 / Primo 150.
    • Phase 2 (Cruise): Test 125 / Primo 100.
    • Phase 3a (Cut): Test 125 / Primo 100.
    • Phase 3b (Finish): Test 125 / Primo 150 / Drosta 250.

⚙️ 2. Revised Phase Details

PHASE 1: Main Growth Block (The 20-Week NPP Bulk)

  • Duration: 20 weeks.
  • Protocol:
    • Testo E: 250 mg / week (Split: 2x 125 mg / ~0.5 ml Mon / Thu).
    • Primo E: 150 mg / week (Split: 2x 75 mg / ~0.75 ml Mon / Thu).
    • NPP: 200 mg / week (Every 2nd day [eod]: ~0.57 ml injected separately).
    • Note: At these dosages, you are keeping the androgen load low enough that your endogenous systems will remain much more stable, making this a very safe long-term growth block.

PHASE 2: True Cruise & Maintenance

  • Duration: 8 weeks.
  • Protocol:
    • Testo E: 125 mg / week (Split: 2x 62.5 mg / ~0.25 ml Mon / Thu).
    • Primo E: 100 mg / week (Split: 2x 50 mg / ~0.5 ml Mon / Thu).

PHASE 3a: The Main Cut (Primo Base)

  • Duration: 10 weeks.
  • Protocol:
    • Testo E: 125 mg / week (Split: 2x 62.5 mg / ~0.25 ml Mon / Thu).
    • Primo E: 100 mg / week (Split: 2x 50 mg / ~0.5 ml Mon / Thu).

PHASE 3b: The Cut Finisher (Primo/Drosta Synergy)

  • Duration: 10 weeks.
  • Protocol:
    • Testo E: 125 mg / week (Split: 2x 62.5 mg / ~0.25 ml Mon / Thu).
    • Primo E: 150 mg / week (Split: 2x 75 mg / ~0.75 ml Mon / Thu).
    • Drosta E: 250 mg / week (Split: 2x 125 mg / ~1.25 ml Mon / Thu).

Hey bro!!!

I like the intention behind this, because trying to keep things mild and sustainable is better than throwing a beginner into a heavy cycle.

But honestly, I don’t think a 58-week “beginner friendly” protocol is beginner friendly hahaha . That’s basically a full year of being on, with different phases, different compounds, and no real individual adjustment. For a beginner, that can create more confusion than benefit.

The main issue is that no protocol should be followed blindly just because the doses look moderate. We’d still need photos, age, height, weight, training age, bloodwork, blood pressure, lipids, hematocrit, liver/kidney markers, goals, previous PED history and whether the person plans to cruise or come off.

Also, NPP and Masteron/Drosta are not automatically “easy” compounds just because the doses are low. NPP can still affect prolactin, libido, mood and recovery. Drosta can still hit hair, acne, HDL and prostate if someone is prone.

For a real beginner, I’d rather see a much simpler plan, shorter timeframe, clear bloodwork checkpoints, and one clear goal at a time. Build first, assess health, then decide the next step. That is basically standardized test only based on.

Good idea in spirit, but I wouldn’t present this as something people can “just follow.” It needs individual context.
