Hello everybody, im planing now to use anavar in the last steps in my diet. BF is at 14% and here Are my bloods. Im using Test only without Ai or anything else. Is it okay to use anavar with that? I know its in german

I’ll keep it simple.

Your bloods look pretty solid overall. E2 is controlled, liver is fine, test is where you’d expect… nothing concerning there.

The only thing to watch is HDL. It’s already a bit low at 38, and Anavar will likely push it down further. That’s the main weak point.

Can you run it? Yes, just be smart. Keep it short (4–6 weeks), moderate dose, and recheck lipids after.

At 14% BF it will help a bit, but it’s more of a finishing touch than a dramatic change.

thank you. The Problem is, ive used so many supps for my hdl.. I ate much more nuts Avocado, olive oil, Fish and Fish oil but my doctor told me its genetic.. thats f… up a Bit it went a Bit up from 35 to 38..
