I've always had bp at the higher range, going up 10kg in a relatively short amount of time definitively wasn't doing my body any favours and the knee injury prevented me from doing cardio. I also learned how to balance electrolytes this year so this is also helping. I haven't measured my bp in some time (which is stupid) and this is motivation enough to start again from tomorrow onwards.
for me taking 7 days off(got sick)🤣 really helped me lower my bp...but i read ur cycle and im impressed well done and great progress❤️

Thanks. Not gonna lie, it was horrible. The last 1-2 months I kept pushing just because I wanted to do that competition, since I put so much into it. Realistically, as soon as I got injured, I should've stopped, rehabbed the knee and fixed other issues I had, instead of pushing it at every cost. Sadly, this is the type of thinking that happens when you're on cycle and I think that's the lesson we all have to learn. On the other hand, I'm very much enjoying the cruise and I'm proving to myself that I don't need to be on cycle to make progress.

On the topic of blood pressure, I bought a room bike and I do 20-30 minutes of fasted cardio everyday now. I expect to be back in good health rather fast.

one tip i can give is to buy a bp monitor if you dont have one. they are cheap, and in my opinion is a must have for peds users. try to measure like 2,3 times a week, but another tip here is don't let this be a stress factor to you, i've made that mistake before by measuring everyday or even multiple times a day. if its not constantly above 14/9 i woudnt worry about using medication to control bp.

Thanks, I already have it. The first money I ever made from fitness related things, I used to buy a monitor. I measured today and it was 125/60, so it's fine now (reduced telmisartan from 80 to 40mg per day a few days ago).
