Hey guys, quick question...
I’ve noticed I always get different blood pressure readings between my left and right arm.
Today I measured both at the same time: the left arm is always about 15–20 mmHg higher on the systolic side.
The diastolic pressure is identical on both arms.
Example:
Left: 135–142 / 70
Right: 115–120 / 70

When I was in the hospital about six months ago and also during my sports medical checkup, I had around 145/80, so that seems to be my usual range.

I’m otherwise extremely healthy, train regularly, and have no symptoms — just wondering if this asymmetry means anything or if it’s something to worry about.

And you'll see that if you mesure standing with the arm at your sides or the arm above the head there is also a change 😁

Takes to the left arm with the sensor at the same level of the heart.

yeh, yeh no it was my fault o ate really salty before and had been to the gym measured today 30min after waking up it was 128/66 left side and 118/62 right side

I managed to stabilize my blood values again by eating a lot more fat — around 120–150 grams per day from butter, spreadable cheese, cottage cheese, and nuts. Every day I had about 50 grams of walnuts and 50 grams of cottage cheese. I kept my supplements the same: 1500 mg Citrus Bergamot in the morning, another 750 mg at lunch, and 6 mg Monacolin in the evening. I know that mix isn’t ideal for the liver, but it worked fine. My estrogen crashed, I can feel it, but I’ll let it recover for 1–2 weeks before taking 12.5 mg Exemestane every 3–4 days to bring E2 back up to around 70. I’ve also been injecting between 57 and 60 mg of test daily for the past two weeks, depending on the syringe precision. I’m glad I went with Driada — their products clearly work.

Update:

I’m currently in week 12 of my cycle. Since my last bloodwork – and even a bit before that – not much has changed, except that my E2 is fully under control again. Libido is great and overall everything feels stable.

Blood pressure: perfect.
Last bloodwork: all values were solid.

Supplements:
I’ve cut most supplements out. Right now I’m only taking magnesium, creatine, psyllium husk, fish oil, and vitamin D3 + K2. In the morning I usually add one capsule of vitamin E with my fish oil. I take citrus bergamot every second or third day. I stopped NAC and TUDCA on purpose to let my liver work naturally again since I’m not running any orals and my cholesterol was good.

Diet is locked in, gains are coming steadily — overall everything is in a good place.

Training:
My biggest weakness is still my lats, especially the left side. My back has always been the hardest area to develop. My back sessions are solid, I feel the muscle well during execution, and I train to failure (usually 12–13 reps because the weight is heavy). Progress is happening, just slowly.

Injections / meds:
I’m currently pinning 0.23 ml of Test per day.
I use 12.5 mg exemestane once per week, sometimes twice, and sometimes I skip a week since it’s a suicidal AI.

HGH:
I recently added 4 IU of somatropin every morning right after waking up. After that I eat my normal breakfast and head to the gym to keep glucose sensitivity high.

Berberine: 1000 mg in the morning + 500 mg later in the day.

Week 12 Update

Everything going smooth so far. Blood pressure is a bit elevated, usually in the 130–145 systolic range, while the diastolic stays pretty steady at 63–68. I’ve been reading a lot of good things about Telmisartan, especially its benefits beyond blood pressure control, and I’m thinking about trying 20 mg daily.

Right now I’m noticing my nipples getting slightly puffy, so I’m going back to 12.5 mg Exemestane every 3 days starting today.

Other than that everything is solid and on track.

It could also be from stress, since I’m working 8 hours a day and still doing two training sessions daily, so recovery isn’t always perfect.

Week 12 – Small Update

Since around week –3 I kept having this weird hot / heavy head feeling, so I already knew it probably wasn’t just high blood pressure. I played around with different supplements, and it looks like my body doesn’t react well to curcumin.

The capsules I used had 480 mg curcumin + 20 mg ginger + 20 mg black pepper each, and I was taking 2–3 caps per day. Every time I took them, that heat in my head came back. Since I completely stopped, the hot-head feeling basically disappeared and I feel much better now.

The increased blood pressure may also be related to HGH because it leads to fluid retention.

Telmisartan has many benefits apart from blood pressure. Insulin sensitivity, visceral fat, etc. 40mg is generally a good dosage.
