TB-500 and BPC-157 work extremely well together and complement each other for muscle and tendon injury rehabilitation. So, here are a few important points to keep in mind:
- Injections are done subcutaneously, as close to the injury site as possible
- If the injury is acute, recovery is usually relatively fast — typically around 10–14 days
- If the injury is chronic and has been an issue for a long time (for example, left shoulder pain that has been coming back for a year), 10–14 days is usually not enough, and the treatment should be extended to 4–5 weeks
- For smaller joints (shoulder, wrist, elbow, ankle), standard dosing is usually sufficient: BPC-157: 300 mcg per day and TB-500: 2 mg per week
- For larger joints (knee, hip), dosages generally need to be increased: BPC-157: 600–700 mcg per day and TB-500: 3–4 mg per week
