“Why did I get great results from my first cycle, but not from the second one?”
This is a very common question I get from beginners.

It’s important to understand that your strongest and most noticeable results will almost always come from your very first cycle. The way it feels will also be the most memorable. Your first introduction to the “dark side” is usually like that 🙂

What many people don’t realize is that to keep progressing after that, you can’t just repeat the same protocol. You’ll need to:
  • slightly increase dosages
  • change compounds
  • adjust the ratios between drugs
All of that is necessary to continue making progress.

For example:
First cycle:
  • 250 mg testosterone
  • 30 mg oxandrolone
Second cycle:
  • 375 mg testosterone
  • 40 mg oxandrolone
  • 20 mg turinabol
Third cycle:
  • 375 mg testosterone
  • 40 mg oxandrolone
  • 200 mg nandrolone decanoate

Honestly, I have no idea what kind of genius thought that running oral androgens solo was a good idea.

Yes, you’ll have androgens in your blood, but:
  • only for a limited period of time
  • your testosterone will drop to almost zero (or literally zero)
  • endogenous testosterone does way more than just provide an androgenic effect
  • with very low testosterone, after a while your neurohormone synthesis will start to suffer (hormones that are made from cholesterol and then act in the brain)
End result:
  • you feel like crap
  • unstable libido
  • testosterone is basically zero
  • you gain less muscle during the cycle because testosterone levels are near zero
So what should you do instead?

You’ve got three options:
  • use one oral anabolic steroid at moderate doses and add enclomiphene + hCG
  • use two SARMs at moderate doses and add enclomiphene + hCG
  • or be a man, grow some balls, stick a needle in yourself, and start playing the adult game

Guys, if you have such clients: please, talk to them.

You should use at least HCG and enclomiphene while on cycle to support your own test production

And please, do not use more than 1 oral roid or 2 SARMs on such a cycle with HCG and enclo since even their combination may be not enough potent to keep your axis working fine

I believe this one is the best for today

I would say that it is obligatory to visit the gym and train much harder comparing to the time you were natty.
It is obligatory to follow the diet much better comparing to your natty time.
It is obligatory to keep your daily routine and sleep more.

You just have to do it if you want to make the progress happen.

I've literally seen guys on TREN that didn't even look like they visit the gym.
Mostly because of the nonsens crap they were doing there.
