Just a test cycle
Around 60kg in first bulked up to 85kg now
WHat helped was fallowing the basics and getting good at basic compound lifts
For what I would do different, probably avoid that early ego lifting period
more gains ahead🚀

Good progress overall, going from 60 to 85 is not nothing, and sticking to basics clearly helped.

That said, from the photos it’s a bit hard to really judge the change. They’re not very clear, so it’s difficult to see how much of that weight is actually quality muscle vs just scale increase.

Also, at this stage, there’s still a lot of room to build. You’ve made a solid start, but it’s very much the beginning. More time, better execution and consistency will make a much bigger difference than anything else.

You’re on the right track, just don’t rush it. There’s a lot more to come if you stay patient.
