Wesley Vissers also has very nice shoulder separation. Genetics I guess.
2300kcal on training days (5 days / w)Very impressive, nice work so far
What’s your diet like?
Tnx for answering. Are you gonna try compete maybe?
Will you try to include some orals by the end of your diet?
And one more question
What your rebound cycle gonna look like?
That's quite an in-depth bloodwork. Mind asking how much do you pay for it?I'll never compete. I don't like the idea, I don't have the feeling for it.
I've been training for over 15 years (with some stop for one and two years. Life). I do it for the love of the process and the effort.
No oral at the end. I don't need it and I absolutely need to be in perfect health for the rebound cycle. It won't be heavy but it's not the time to ruin your liver and other things just for a 2-week cosmetic effect.
Currently what is planned if my blood tests are good (oxidative stress and a whole list as long as the arm that I put below) then it will be:
- 600-700 Test
- 400-500 Bold or Primo
- 200-300 NPP
- 6-8ui HGH
- Lantus 10-15ui
- Metformin 500-1000mg
- T4 100mcg
Then cruise at 150-200mg test + 3ui HGH.
The list of blood parameters planned for analysis:

Kidneys and renal function :
Creatinine
Urea

I do it once a year, especially after a cutting phase. The rest of the time it's lighter and I stick to the basics or as needed. That's quite an in-depth bloodwork. Mind asking how much do you pay for it?
