My overall goal:My goal is to cut and maintain my muscles, I don't have a bulking phase. I always try to improve my weaknesses and gain muscle while cutting my body at the same time. This is a bit difficult because when I'm on a fat loss phase, I don't gain any bulk. My body has to look like a carved stone on stage.

Before I started my cycle, I had a blood test as usual. Before the blood test, I had a six-week steroid break, but my weight training was every day, but I only did cardio twice a week. I am showing a picture of the blood test I had on 3/27/2025 here.
My blood test was OK except for a few minor things that you can see in the picture, I completed them and started my cycle on April 15th.Bis heute,And I have a cycle until the end of November because I'm preparing for the men's physique competition.
Weeks 1to12:

Dihydroboldes:300mg(This steroid hurts a lot, even if you try to inject it into different muscles. I know athletes from my country who are professional and at the Olympia level who have been seen on stage because of injections in the armpit or shoulder muscle. The injection site on the stage of the competition has been seen as bad and ugly. I talked to experienced Iranian doctors and trainers. I am Iranian, and I found a solution that does not cause any pain. I want to tell you here that this is the best steroid in my opinion. If you want your muscles to be like a rock and burn fat at the same time. Anyone who reads my experiences and asks me, I will tell them this precious and valuable experience for free. I've shared my experiences before, but today I'm writing more accurately from my notebook, because I write down every cycle I've taken in the past.🤝🫶
Protocol
Because I am curious and pay attention to details, I will share with you everything that is necessary and satisfies me. But you can also leave me a comment and if you have any questions, I will answer them quickly.
Note that testosterone cypionate is slow-acting, you need to give it time. For example, you can start seeing results after two weeks. I think (Primo) is also very safe and shows itself alongside testosterone and (Dihydroboldes)(I explained this above.). I chose this cycle because I don't want to put pressure on my liver and my blood concentration to go up, and I can continue using the cycle for six months. It is without a doubt the best.
Subjective Experience
I am a patient person, and I always check my body in the mirror after waking up. I also put a big mirror on the wall behind me so I can see my back muscles (I love the figure from behind). Back training day is the best day of the week. Of course, I train my back muscles every five days, maybe I will tell you a little about my workouts, of course, I am also a senior nutritionist and I am sensitive to clean eating.
I pay a lot of attention to the consumption of vitamins and minerals, and during this time the best supplements for me are protein isolate, EAA, and creatine. During training, I consume BCAA and EAA along with half a gram of Himalayan salt and Valley of the Dead electrolytes..
During the first three months, my body slowly burned fat, but my strength increased like powerlifting, I could train for a long time and not get tired, my body was very pumped and my body temperature rose. My need for sex increased and I had to eliminate fruit and all sweets and fats so that I would not have so much sexual desire, and I only consumed fats like olive oil, walnuts and avocado with every meal.
My appetite was very high and I had to completely eliminate sugars like fructose and glucose and also limit simple carbohydrates so that my pancreas wouldn't secrete too much insulin. This way I couldn't lose body fat, so I only increased my insulin spike after training by consuming carbohydrates so that my body could build muscle.
Although my weight was slowly decreasing, my T-shirts were getting tighter, my waist size was smaller but my muscle diameter was bigger,
From week 10:I took 300 mg of caffeine daily before training, along with citrulline and beta-alanine.And then I'm continuing to this day. I'm in week 18 now. Take your time, I'll explain it to you.
Since week 12I have added one thyroid mix tablet daily along with forty micrograms of Clenbuterol. I still train one session a day, half an hour before training, and I still don't do morning cardio.
You know what happened, I get really hot, my body temperature goes up, and I think I can even train for four or five hours. But I only train for two hours, my strength is increasing every day, but the problem that came up was that I couldn't sleep well at night and I had to go to the bathroom several times during the night. So I take 500 mg of Ashwagandha and 200 mg of melatonin half an hour before bed and now I have the best sleep. Only during the night because I sweat a lot, I have to change my clothes.I share my photos.
Since week 12, I have been using 500 mg of testosterone instead of 250 mg, but I have eliminated the dihydroboldenone and am using 50 mg of winstrol instead, and I have also reduced the primobolan to 200 mg per week.
My body is ready for competition now. To be more precise, I have to maintain my body level like this, I have exactly 4 weeks until the competition. I want to use testosterone propionate instead of testosterone cypionate in a few more days (500 mg per week) and also according to one of the best Iranian trainers, I have to use ten units of somatropin daily, that is, five units in the morning and start cardio to completely cut my body, and five units before evening training. My current weight is 96 kg, but my plan is to compete on 13/9/25 in Frankfurt, Germany for the European Championship in NPC and the competition after that is called Dennis James Classic in November. My goal is to get a pro card, I have been fighting for many years to become a professional.

I used to consume 300 grams of protein in the first 12 weeks, mostly from turkey and eggs. But since I also used protein isolate, creatine, eaa, bcaa and still use it, some days it went up to 400 grams of protein, 400 grams of carbohydrates from oats and white rice from Basmati Company, 50 grams of fats including olive oil, walnuts and avocado. Now I have also been using inulin fiber for about three weeks to help my intestines work better.
I have friends in America who cannot easily obtain steroids. I am very happy to have met Dariada Company. I care a lot about the quality of my skin. Blood pressure and healthy kidneys are very important. It is very important that liver enzymes do not rise. I am deeply grateful to this company. I hope that all my fellow Iranians, all athletes, can use these quality products and achieve their best.
I should also say that when starting somatropin, I should take more calcium, K2, and D3.
