Starting Stats:

Age: 20

Height: 188 cm (6’2")

Starting Weight: 97 kg

Goal of the Cycle: Lean Bulk – adding lean mass and strength while keeping body fat in check


PEDs Protocol:
Total Duration: 12 weeks planned

Weeks 1–12:

Testosterone Enanthate – 500 mg/week (Mon AM & Thu PM split)


Support:

Anastrozole – 0.5 mg M/W/F

Omega-3, Vitamin D3/K2, Zinc

On-demand liver support (TUDCA, NAC, R-ALA)


Training & Nutrition:

Training Split: 3 sessions/week, Heavy Duty / Mentzer HIT

Push, Pull, Legs (low volume, maximal intensity, 1 working set per exercise)


Cardio: 3–4 hours/week cycling (commute + extra rides)

Nutrition: ~2650–2800 kcal daily (200 g protein / ≤60 g fat / rest carbs)

Eating window: 08:00–14:00 (intermittent fasting)

Strength baseline:

Bench Press – 140 kg × 5

Deadlift – 210 kg × 5

Squat – 200 kg × 5


Weekly weigh-ins, strength tracking, and photos planned
