Hey guys,

I'm 24 and thinking about starting a new cycle. The first one was only 14 weeks and 250 mg of Test E; it was my first one and I felt pretty good. I had solid results and only minor issues with HDL. The rest of my blood work was OK.

I injected on Mondays and Thursdays.

Now I am considering 500 mg of Test E and 200 mg of NPP. I want to run it for at least six months if there are no issues. I will do regular bloodwork and take an AI if I have problems with E2. I also take creatine, omega-3 and heart support supplements.

Now for the questions :D

What do you think about this cycle? Do you have any experience with NPP or Deca?

Can I inject NPP on the same days as I did Test E, or do I have to inject it more often?

Cheers

Hi DecTec!

Honestly, I think you’re trying to make a very big jump from a first, relatively conservative 250 mg Test cycle.

Going straight to 500 Test + NPP and planning six months makes it much harder to learn what your body actually tolerates. Especially when you already noticed HDL deterioration on testosterone alone. Adding more drugs and more time doesn’t make that problem disappear.

NPP is also a shorter ester than Deca, so I wouldn’t choose it and then treat it exactly like Test E. More frequent administration generally makes more pharmacokinetic sense with NPP.

My advice would be boring but useful: don’t design the next six months before you’ve even seen how you respond to the next step. Keep variables limited, establish proper baseline bloodwork and monitor BP, CBC/hematocrit, lipids including ApoB, liver/kidney markers, E2 and prolactin. I also wouldn’t use an AI automatically just because E2 rises. Treat the person and the overall picture, not one highlighted number.

At 24, you have plenty of time. Make each escalation earn its place.

Six months isn’t the optimal choice, and I’ll explain why. First of all, if you’re planning to do PCT, then after a cycle like that you’ll take a long time to recover and lose a large part of what you gained. Of course, I don’t know your genetics, but that’s what happens to most people.

How long are you going to take a break afterward? You’re unlikely to wait another 4 months and spend that time on PCT. And if you’re not planning to stay on PCT for long, then it should be Blast and Cruise so you’re not constantly pushing all your body’s systems one way and then the other.

But the question is — do you really need Blast and Cruise at 24?

Hey Shark,
so start with lower dose would be better or only test? Then check the bloodwork and if its fine rise up?
And with the 6 Months i felt like the 14 weeks were pretty short. At week 8 or 9 i really startet to feel the progress.

Hey Sam,

Yeah, that was the plan. I want to take gear for the next year, so I'll probably end up on TRT anyway.
Is 6 months also not ideal for blast and cruise or only on a cycle and PCT?
