Right now there isn’t much anyone can tell you because you’re missing the most important information. With what you wrote, all I can give is a superficial opinion, and running DHB + Deca + Test blindly is the last thing you want.
Before giving you anything meaningful, I need the basics:
- How long you’ve been training.
- Your actual condition, including photos.
- Past cycle experience and how you responded.
- Recent bloodwork results.
- Your real diet and calorie intake.
- Your exact physique goal.
Without that, any advice is just guessing. And guessing with DHB and Deca is a great way to ruin a cycle.
DHB is dry, aggressive and usually needs higher doses to deliver its signature look.
Deca is the opposite: smoother, a bit “wet”, more suppressive, and very sensitive to estrogen and prolactin management.
Putting them together can work, but only in very specific situations. It’s not a magic combo for staying lean.
Test 250 mg/week is fine as a base.
DHB 200 mg/week is on the low end if you expect strong cosmetic changes.
Deca 400 mg/week definitely isn’t a “lean” dose for most people. Water retention is influenced by much more than sodium: estrogen, carbs, stress, sleep, training frequency… all of it matters.
At the very least, you should have a proper AI available, something to manage prolactin if symptoms appear, and a full health stack (NAC, TUDCA, omega-3, bergamot, electrolytes), plus bloodwork before and after.
But again… this is just general commentary.
I need your details before saying whether this cycle makes sense or if it needs to be rebuilt from scratch.
