Glad to hear the infection cleared up and that you avoided surgery, that’s a win in every sense. Getting back to training after something like that always feels like a fresh start, and the fact that you’re jumping in with structure and control says a lot about your mindset.

That new stack looks solid and balanced. The Test and Mast combo always delivers clean, stable progress, and adding NPP should give you that extra anabolic edge and smoother recovery. Great that you’re keeping HGH in there too; it’ll help your joints and tissue bounce back even stronger after the downtime.

I would suggest Take the first couple of weeks steady, let your body remember the rhythm before pushing hard. The excitement and drive you’ve got right now are gold, just channel it smart. Hello, I'm back after almost a month and after one month of training and supplementation from Driada, I'm adding an update.

What I'm currently taking is test e 420mg, drost e 700mg, npp 420mg, proviron for decoration 25mg daily, hgh 6iu before bed and insulin 5iu before training and 5iu after training

My diet is very clean and is 280g protein, 550g carbs (I will increase every week), 70g fat, 40g fiber

My training has been unchanged for years, I just adjust the amount of training volume I do, whether I'm in surplus or deficit.

upper, lower, rest and repeat.

I currently weigh 101kg and am 170cm tall.

The pressure bp is 130/80.

The gift that I'm testing from Driada was NPP and it's noticeable, I'm gaining strength and it's a pure combination.

how do you count your macros? I mean do you count protein from indirect sources like peanut butter,rice etc, or just straight animal sources?
 
Hello my friend driada family. I'm officially back better than ever, I got NPP from driad as a gift to testing and it's brutal ❤️ currently my stack after 3 months of real volume. I gradually increased food, frequency and substances to the current peak.

My stack righ now is all of driada procuts…

1. Test enan 700mg week
2. Tren enan 210mg week (I'm thinking about dropping off)
3. Mast enan 700mg week
4. NPP 350mg week
5. Proviron 25mg ED(with breakfast)
6. Oxandrolone 20mg ED(pre workout)
7. Humalog 10iu(before workout) & 10iu(post workout)
8. HGH 5iu(3iu before bed & 2iu morning empty stomach)
9. Injectable l carnitin 600mg(before workout)
10. Retatrutide 0.5mg E3D
11. HCG 200mcg E2D

Add compound:
Nebivolol 2.5mg before bed
telmisartan 40mg before bed
metformine 500mg before bed
cabergoline 125mcg before bed

My morning BP and glucose add photos.
My current weight is 109kg and 169cm height ☺️ never before like this…
My training split is
push,pull,legs(hams)
Off
Push,pull,legs(quads)
Off
Cardio just 20-40minutes liss stady state or liss bike.

Overall helth is fine but i fell my weight is too much ‼️ because shortness of breath, increased heart rate, mobility, water retention increases and with it pain in the lower back and calves 🙏

Sleep is good 80-90% score
7-8hours every night(rem 2hour, deep 45minutes) piss 1-2 times a night

My food is

275g protein
750g carbs
70g fat
45/50g fiber
10-12l water daily
10g pink and sea salt with iodine sources
6g elementary potassium
800mg magnesium
6-8g taurine etc.

I wanted to ask where you inject the carnitine. I inject it with 27G needles into the side of my quads, but the problem is that because it binds a lot of water, my quad gets stiff for the whole day and it only goes away after about 24 hours. Injecting into the glutes is annoying for me because I have relatively a lot of fat there, so I’m often worried that I’m just injecting into fat instead of muscle.
 
Chcel som sa opýtať, kam si aplikujete karnitín. Ja si ho aplikujem ihlami 27G do boku kvadricepsov, ale problém je, že keďže viaže veľa vody, kvadriceps mi stuhne na celý deň a zmizne to až po približne 24 hodinách. Aplikácia do gluteálov ma otravuje, pretože tam mám relatívne veľa tuku, takže sa často obávam, že si ho aplikujem len do tuku namiesto do svalov.
Hello my friend, never into fat, it will create an unabsorbed mixture, i personally always deltoids(front,side,rear) always delts 👌
