Hey, I have a few questions regarding a suitable cycle. I'm a 24-year-old woman, about 175 cm tall, and weigh 85 kg. My goal is to continue losing fat while simultaneously building muscle mass and strength. I've already done a few Anavar cycles. Are there any other options suitable for women that could help me? I'm currently having some trouble with my weight loss, so I've been considering trying Retatrutide, since I haven't noticed any real difference with Semaglutide. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello

Give more information about your diet, your training etc.

The reta can help but if you eat too much it won't change anything.

I eat about 2000 calories per day and I Train 4-5 times a week. I have a Coach who plans my Training.

Yes I know that it wont help if I eat to much. I want to take it to make my deficit easier and to stop the Food Noise

Food noise...

I'm sorry to say this but if sema has done nothing, reta won't change the situation massively.
Sema and tirzepatide have much more force on appetite suppression.

For some it works. But for others who have eating disorders or who think about food too often (like me) you're maybe screwed.
You have to accept hunger as a normal process for a short period of time that is not for life.

But give a try with tirzepatide or reta or even cagrilintide.
We are all different, which means that what works for one person does not work for another. You need to find the medication that works for you.

Thank you. I will try reta and maybe it will make a difference, otherwise I just have to Deal with it.

Do you have any other ideas what I could take as a Woman except Anavar?

You could either increase your sema dose or consider switching to Tirz. Reta might not make a big difference in hunger suppression, especially if you're transitioning from something else.

As a woman, it’s important to be cautious with steroids. I would recommend not going over 5mg of Anavar for a short period.

You might also consider peptides like Mots-C or SS-31.

Another idea is to swap some carbs for more protein. This could help you take advantage of the thermic effect of food. You could also increase your daily step count, add incline walking, or incorporate other forms of cardio.

For now just finished your weight loss goal I will say.

Wanting to mix two goals at the same time is not compatible.

Otherwise as far as peds are concerned, it really depends on your degree of acceptance of virilization (which is irreversible and specific to each person)
I'm talking about a weird not sexy voices
Hair on the buttocks
Bad acne too
Hair loss (you end up bald with beard 😁)
Micro penis that grows over time

Some women with masteron or primobolan studies have gained a strong virilization while others have not. I think that's 50% of the population studied.

Imo all women should avoid peds. And can turn to peptides to improve the ratio of muscle mass to fat mass

And really focus on training with a good and smart progressive overloading.

I have increased my sema Dose a lot without noticing anything, so I guess it just not works for me. I will give Reta a try and if still nothing happens thats Fine.

Good to know. I will have a look at those peptides.

Thank you. I will for sure change my diet and add more cardio.

Yes I have lost over 30 kg so far, but still I want to gain more muscle mass and not end up Skinny fat.

So far I have not noticed much sideeffects with Anavar and Thats good. But what I have read is, that anavar is stronger than Masteron or primobolan?

Thank you. I will Check some peptides

Building muscle requires a totally different caloric and anabolic environment than fat loss. Don't try to do both at the same time. First one, then the other. One goal at a time.

Anavar is "stronger" on paper. But that doesn't mean that he's going to push for build more muscle.

It's all about the time of exposure to steroids. 6 weeks of anavar is zero compared to 20 weeks of 100mg of primobolan for example.

What about 20 weeks of 5mg of anavar then? You won't see any drasticly more difference in the result.

So choose the anabolic that's suit for you.

Okay than I will focus on loosing weight first and afterwards I will do more for muscle growth.

I will change from anavar to a different one. Maybe I will try Primobolan for a while. Thank you

i would highly recommend you try their cardarine it's really effective for fat burning, and if you're into building muscle maybe consider a short clenbutos cycle (don't go over 80mcg) for 2 weeks, this will really help with your actual goal 👌

Thanks! I will try cardarine.
I have also used clenbutos for a few cycles in the past. Do you think I could use clen together with retarutide and later maybe also caradarine? Or is it better to use clenbutos alone? Is it also effective to use Yohimbin with clen?

retatrutide and cardarine go well together, they make the body prioritize fat burning, i would use them first in combination and see how it goes, then if you're still struggling with your fat loss you can surely add clen+yohimbine cycle as they work well synergistically

Retatrutide is strong to some individuals. I ran Trizepatide prescription Mounjaro at 15 and that was my level. The glucagon turned on what seemed to be a lantern in my body. Totally different from Clen. 245 6ft and I am currently at 5mg Retatrutide losing 1lb a week. Test at 250 enanthate 1x on Sunday. No cardio. I should be 225lbs in no time.

Perfect, than I will give caradrine as well a try and will combine it with retatrutide. I will wait with clen and yohimbine and see how it goes.

Would you also recomend taking anavar at the same time, or prioritize the other things first?
