PED Protocol:
Week 1-2: Introduction Phase
Oxandrolone: 20mg per day (split into 2 doses)
Stanozolol: 20mg per day (split into 2 doses)
Clenbuterol: 40mcg per day
Thyroid Mix: 1 tablet per day (provides 10mcg T3 + 62.5mcg T4)
Yohimbine HCL: 5 mg twice a day
Semaglutide: 0.25 mg weekly
Support: Liver protection, potassium, taurine

Week 3-4:
Oxandrolone: 30mg per day (split into 2 doses)
Stanozolol: 30mg per day (split into 2 doses)
Clenbuterol: 80mcg per day (2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule)
Thyroid Mix: 2 tablets per day (20mcg T3 + 125mcg T4)
Yohimbine HCL: 10 mg twice a day
Semaglutide: 0.5 mg weekly
Support: Continue liver protection, electrolytes

Week 5-6:
Oxandrolone: 40mg per day (split into 3 doses)
Stanozolol: 40mg per day (split into 3 doses)
Clenbuterol: 100mcg per day (if tolerance allows)
Thyroid Mix: 2 tablets per day (20mcg T3 + 125mcg T4)

Week 7-8: Taper Phase
Oxandrolone: 20mg per day (split into 2 doses)
Stanozolol: 20mg per day (split into 2 doses)
Clenbuterol: gradually reduce until discontinuation
Thyroid Mix: 1 tablet per day
Yohimbine HCL: 5 mg twice a day
Semaglutide: 1 mg daily
Support: Continue all supplements

Additional Notes:
  • Clenbuterol should be cycled (2 weeks on/2 weeks off) to prevent receptor downregulation
  • Take yohimbine on an empty stomach before fasted cardio to maximize effectiveness
  • Monitor blood pressure and heart rate regularly
  • Stay well hydrated (minimum 3L per day)
  • I train 3 times a week with pyramid sets on compound exercises and high intensity on accessory exercises
  • I did a detox before starting the cycle to cleanse my body and now I eat every 3 hours, reducing carbs only when I train and having cheat meals once a week
  • To date, I have no side effects, I feel muscularly full and not depleted, and my waist is gradually decreasing. I'll update you at the end of my cycle

Interesting protocol, but if I put my coach hat on, the first thing I notice is that you’re throwing a lot of fat-loss tools at the problem simultaneously.

You’ve got Anavar, Winstrol, Clenbuterol, T3/T4, Yohimbine and Semaglutide all working toward the same goal (???) The issue is that when results are good, you won’t know what’s actually driving them, and when side effects appear, you won’t know what’s causing them.

A few observations:

Oxandrolone + Winstrol together is an unusual choice. Both are DHT-derived, both can negatively affect HDL, and Winstrol is notorious for making joints feel worse as body fat drops.

20 mcg T3 + 125 mcg T4 is not a trivial thyroid dose. I’d be watching resting heart rate, body temperature, sleep quality and muscle retention very closely.

Clen + thyroid hormones + yohimbine is where I’d expect most problems if they occur. Blood pressure, anxiety, recovery capacity and sleep can deteriorate quickly even when fat loss looks great.

Semaglutide listed at 1 mg daily looks like a typo ( Hope it is!) If it truly is daily, that’s an entirely different conversation.

What I’d really want to see before judging the protocol:

Current bodyweight and waist measurement.
Starting body fat estimate.
Daily calories and macros.
Weekly rate of weight loss.
Blood pressure and resting heart rate.
Front, side and back photos under consistent lighting.

The good news is that you mention feeling full, not depleted, and seeing the waist come down. That’s usually a sign muscle retention is still occurring.

My biggest question is simple: are you actually getting leaner, or are you mostly getting lighter?

Post some photos and a current weight update. At 100 kg and 180 cm, visual changes will tell us far more than the compound list.
