1/ The Baseline Math

Start: 94 kg @ 27% BF
--> 24.8 kg Fat Mass / 67.2 kg Lean Mass

Finish: 82 kg @ ~9-10% BF
--> 9.4 kg Fat Mass / 72.6 kg Lean Mass

Net Change: -15.4 kg Fat Mass, +5.4 kg Lean Mass, -13 kg Scale Weight.

Duration: 26 Weeks (~0.6 kg fat lost per week).

2/ Protocol & Deficit Setup
Caloric deficit: Average daily deficit of ~500–600 kcal.
Ped Protocol: 350 mg Test/wk

Role of 350mg Test: At supra-physiological levels, nitrogen balance remains positive even in a sustained caloric deficit. Protein breakdown is heavily suppressed, allowing full muscle preservation and active tissue accretion while drawing energy exclusively from fat stores.

This is a solid protocol for cutting while maintaining muscle mass. the key is to use a moderate dose of test (350mg/wk) to keep your nitrogen balance positive and prevent muscle breakdown. this allows you to lose fat without sacrificing muscle, resulting in a leaner, more muscular physique. just make sure you’re also training hard and eating enough protein to support muscle growth.

Thanks for the message !

Yes, time to get massive this off season, do you think it is realistic for me to get to 100kg 15-17%bf then cut to almost 90kg 10% bf ?
Planning on a 26 weeks total bulk (test, deca, hgh)
Honestly, That’s an ambitious goal, brother, and I like that you’re thinking long term instead of chasing 8-week miracles.

But if we do the math, you’re talking about going from 82 kg to 100 kg in 26 weeks, that’s +18 kg, then cutting back to 90 kg at ~10%, meaning losing 10 kg while ending up 8 kg heavier and leaner than you are today. That’s an incredible amount of quality tissue to build in just six months.

Personally, I wouldn’t focus on hitting a specific number on the scale. Focus on looking better every month, getting stronger, and keeping your health markers in check. If you end up at 94, 96 or 98 kg in great condition, that’s a huge win already.

Set the direction, not the destination. Your body will decide the final number.

Yes you're right, i think thats more important.
But i still like to set and chase goals, its whats gives motivation and is very rewarding once hitting them !
