Do you have a list of trusted/official resellers? I'm trying to order from Ireland hence needing to go through a reseller. I'm looking at buy-as.net, they stock Driada and they're No3 on eroids just behind Driada. Are they a trusted/legit reseller? If they're not can you recommend any resellers?

Do you guys have a lab test for this batch? Since the vial was unsealed and no ampoule was sent in, it's hard to test something like that. Or does anyone else have a lab test for this batch?

Hi!
Unfortunately we don't have websites, or data of other sellers. You can always verify them here:

https://driadamedical.com/verify-seller - Enter the seller's nickname from Telegram, Instagram, or their website address. If the seller is not listed, Driada Medical does not recommend and cannot be held responsible for the activities of unverified sellers.

Guys your last shipping suprised me because somehow you select very indirect and dangerous route, please review your routes, the package had to take 2 sorting center in two different country, usual route from the sending place to my place is even without any sorting center with many other shipping companies. Random control risk is high in sorting centers. Never had this route before, please be careful, house raids are getting famous in my country. It is still rounding around the country, hope to get it safe and sound.

Hey! Thanks for letting us know.
We use sturdy materials and carefully pack each product to ensure it is not damaged during transit. Everything is done to make sure the contents arrive to you in perfect condition. The package does not attract attention and does not raise any suspicion. Its appearance is completely neutral, with no bright labels or hints about the contents.
That said, we completely understand your concerns. If you have any doubts or anything seems unusual with the shipment, feel free to contact our customer support team. They handle these requests every day, so they'll be able to help you much quicker than we can here.

They usually reply pretty fast during working hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CET).

If for any reason you don't hear back or run into any issues, just come back here and let us know. We'll be happy to follow up with the support team and make sure your case gets taken care of.

Yes — in most cases you need to specify IGF-1 for it to be properly detected. Labs don’t “guess” what’s inside a sample; they use specific methods and reference standards for each compound. For something like IGF-1, which is a peptide, targeted analysis is required. A “blind test” usually means the lab doesn’t know the source of the sample — not that they don’t know what they’re testing for.

That said, I understand your concern — this type of analysis is indeed expensive. As I mentioned, I’ll raise this point with management and see what can be done on our side.
Hi,
I just wanted to follow up on our previous conversation and ask whether you had a chance to raise the matter with management.
Did you proceeded with the testing, and if so, was an IGF-1-specific test carried out?

I would appreciate an update when you have a chance.
