Hey Bodryx!
Now I understand you much better. At 45, after 28 years of natural training, 102 kg at roughly 14-16% BF is already telling me you’ve built a serious base. Your problem isn’t lack of muscle knowledge. You’re looking for that feeling of progress again.
And that actually reinforces my previous opinion: keep the pharmacology simple.
Before thinking about Boldenone, Winstrol, Proviron or combining different testosterone preparations, I would first establish whether your lower energy really correlates with your hormonal situation. Saying you’re healthy is good, but at 45 I want to see the numbers before recommending anything: total/free testosterone, SHBG, LH/FSH, estradiol, prolactin, CBC/hematocrit, full lipids, glucose/HbA1c, liver/kidney markers, PSA and blood pressure.
If everything supports the decision and you choose the enhanced route, testosterone alone gives you the cleanest experiment. One variable, one response. You can then see what happens to energy, libido, recovery, training performance, body composition and bloodwork without wondering which of five drugs did what.
But there is another thing I would really like to see: photos. At 1.75 m and 102 kg after nearly three decades of training, your physique will tell us far more than the scale. Post front/side/back if you’re comfortable, plus your current training split, calories/macros and roughly where your strength is now.
My suspicion is that you may need less pharmacological complexity than you think. Sometimes an experienced lifter doesn’t need a more exotic cycle, he needs a new stimulus, better recovery and a nutritional phase designed around the physique he has today rather than the one he had 15 years ago.
You have 28 years invested in this. Let’s not guess with the next chapter. Give us the data and the photos and we’ll help you make it a good one.
