At first I had some trouble sleeping - which apparently is a common side effect for your first week on testosterone - however that's not an issue anymore. Mentally I've never felt better, even though 350mg is considered a moderate dose, it definitely changed my mood entirely: insane amounts of energy, extreme motivation for workouts and overall my happiness increased significantly.

- I went up to 25mg/day but I find 10mg is sweet spot for me, less bloat, and still enough to keep my gains, provides better sleep, and keeping hunger in control.
25mg just bloated me too much, also increased my power but the bloating gives high bp and it was super difficult to control hunger so I usually take it at 10mg/day almost all year around, just some short breaks.
