In all my life I could only stay at the border between normal and overweight BMI if I starved myself. When I combined a PSMF style eating with 10-12 hours of intense workouts per week and the same amount of walking, I could stay between 70-75 kg for my 168 cm, very muscular. 100-110 g protein, 50-100 g carbs, 20-30 g fat, around 1000 kcal per day. It ruined my health, but whenever I ate a bit more I gained rapidly. This led to a hormonal collapse and I gained a lot, both fat and muscle. In the past years I was stable well over 100 kg with one normal sized meal per day and 2-3 protein shakes, working out 6-8 hours per week, somewhere around 1500 kcal per day, and improved my lifts but lost nothing at all.
