Based on what I had read, I expected Turinabol to provide steady, high-quality gains while maintaining a relatively dry and athletic look. I was also hoping it would improve recovery and workout performance during a lean bulk.

- I started with 20 mg per day for the first week to assess my tolerance before increasing the dosage to 40 mg per day for the remainder of the cycle. I split the daily dose into two administrations, one in the morning and one in the evening, to maintain more consistent blood levels.
- Total duration of use
- I used Turinabol for a total of 8 weeks.
- Did you stack it with other compounds?
- Yes. I used Turinabol alongside a moderate-dose testosterone base. My goal was to see whether Turinabol would provide noticeable improvements in strength and body composition beyond what testosterone alone could offer.
Results & effectiveness
- What changes did you notice while using this product?
- The improvements were much smaller than I expected. I noticed a slight increase in strength during the first few weeks, but the progress quickly plateaued. My workouts felt fairly normal, and I never experienced the dramatic improvement in performance that I had anticipated.
My muscles appeared slightly fuller and a little harder, but the visual changes were subtle. I did not notice any significant increase in muscle size or major improvements in body composition compared to previous testosterone-only cycles.
Recovery improved only slightly, and overall the product did not make a meaningful difference in my training. Looking back, I don't feel that the results justified adding another oral compound to the cycle.
