Hello.

No effect is to be noted at the first injection.

Retatrutide takes longer to set in. About 2-3 weeks before you really see an effect.
But don't drastically increase the dose because you don't feel anything

Be careful with peptides, which take a few weeks (2/3 with Sema, with Reta, which takes 3/4 weeks to reach a stable level in the blood). DO NOT rush because when they hit, Reta raises heart rate, blood pressure, nausea, headaches...

I was on Sema 1mg, but it really took away my hunger. I went down to 0.5 and added 1mg of Reta the first week and 2mg the following week.

By the third week, I lost 3 kilos (a lot of water...) in just 3 days, and I felt bad, dehydrated, had a heavy stomach, dizziness, and headaches... (with simple electrolytes and carbohydrates, I recovered...)

I've been on it for 6 weeks and I'm already doing well, losing 600/800g per week, with no negative effects. I can eat enough to avoid catabolizing too much... In 2 months, I'll be at 8/10% of BF.

I'll start 16 weeks of testosterone with 2.5g of Reta to see how it goes.

**After three surgeries and four years without training at all, eating poorly, drinking beer, and being 52 years old... I was at 25/30% BF, and the truth is, Peptides are a different story, a thousand times better than DNP, T3/4, Triacana, Clemb, etc.

Be patient to avoid bad times; they'll definitely hit you, and you'll see your BF drop.

Best regards
.

Would you elaborate on how they are so much better? What made them more effective for you?
Asking because I hear this from everyone who tried them, but don't they just make you eat less, as opposed to them boost in thermogenesis and nutrient partitioning? Do they have some added effect besides decreasing appetite?
Because if it's just about eating less, I'm wondering why use a drug for that. (I've been considering Retatrutide because so many people swear by it, but I don't want to have even less appetite if that's the only thing it does.)
Thanks in advance

Anecdotally, only reta (as a GLP1 agonist) can burn fat, besides just reducing apetite. Why the GLP1 agonists really shine is because they "dampen the food noise" thus making cutting easy. Anyone can stick to a diet for a day, most can for a few weeks, but for 3-4 months while getting below 10% bodyfat, doing more and more cardio and eating less and less? Not many people can do it and even less of those who have other stuff going on in life too. Not thinking about food all the time crazily improves adherence. The other peptides (mots-c, ss31 and others) that improve mitochndrial function apparently make it also much easier to lose fat. Where these drugs differ from traditional fat burners is in they are not stimulatory. Clen is a beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonist and increases heart rate, blood pressure, makes people anxious and sweaty and is all around not fun to be on. T3 (and T4) have somewhat similar side effects and can cause issues when getting off of them. DNP is the most dangerous drug in bodybuilding (right up there with insulin) and will easily cause death from an overdose by cooking you alive. All in all, it seems these new drugs are a much safer alternative with actual positive other effects (mostly relating to glucose metabolism, lipids and even dopamine regulation, to name just a few from retatrutide).

Hi buddy. I’ve started Reta too and I promise YOU DONT NEED MORE THAN 2mg!

I am quite advanced in the gym now and even so I manage to lose quite some weight in one month. After 1 week my appetite was drastically cut down (be careful with that as it can really become difficult to eat enough protein).

I advise you to cut the dose in half and inject twice a week (0.5mg x 2/week on first weeks then 1mg x 2/week on later weeks). I don’t see any point in going higher doses except from losing muscle because you just cannot eat anymore (god knows how big of an eater I was)
