I’m a powerlifter that decided to make a small cut during off season. From 109kg to 96kg, for 180cm
Using only test E 500mg/week (micro dosage ED)
Cut stack 0,25ml/ED (which represent 87,5mg/week of each component)

Didn’t change the stack during the cut, simple and efficient

That’s a very clean transformation!!

Dropping from 109 to 96 and still looking full is not easy, especially as a powerlifter. From the photos you can tell you didn’t just lose weight, you actually improved your look. Tighter waist, better separation, and you kept that dense, “loaded” appearance instead of going flat.

What stands out is how balanced it looks. You didn’t sacrifice size to get leaner, which is where most people mess up during a cut. Strength guys usually end up looking depleted, and that’s not the case here.

Also like the simplicity of what you did. No constant changes, no chasing things week to week. Just stayed consistent and let it work.

Really solid job, this is how an off-season cut should look!!
