12-week transformation protocol focused on lean muscle growth, strength, aesthetics, and discipline.
Current stack includes Testosterone, DHB, Primobolan, HCG support, Anavar, and a structured supplement routine.
Main goals:
• Build a dry, aesthetic physique
• Improve gym performance and recovery
• Stay consistent with training, nutrition, sleep, and health monitoring
• Document the full progress week by week for the community
Training: bodybuilding split 3-4x/week
Diet: high protein, clean bulk
Cardio: moderate
Supplements and support included daily.
Will be sharing updates, physique changes, strength progression, side effects, bloodwork observations, and overall experience throughout the cycle.
