Current health phase before 20week off season mass phase

Hey guys, Starting a log to document my progress over this push phase until mid 2027 to get a solid base built up before thinking about a show. Current stats: 25 years old 185 cm 84 kg No comp experience Just finished holding around 94kg after my last run. Cruising on 150mg Test E right now while waiting for current bloodwork to come back. I'm a big believer in getting the most out of the least. No point pushing high gear doses if training, diet, and sleep aren't 100% dialed in first. Compounds: Test E: 300mg / week Primo: 200mg / week NPP: 150mg / week Ancillaries: Telmisartan 40mg ED Aromasin 12.5mg E3D Ralox 60mg ED Cialis 5mg ED Accutane 20mg EOD Current food (maintenance): 3300 kcal 450g carbs 250g protein 35g fat Plan Bump food real slow (+150-200 kcal increments) so I don't turn into a watery mess or wreck bloods too fast. Prep my body for a longer 20ish week off season mass phase and reach a lean 100kg bw Any questions or feedback feel free to drop them below :)
