Stats:

  • Start: ~95 kg, ~23% body fat
  • Current: ~84 kg (leaner, tighter, more defined)

Goal:
Aggressive fat loss while maintaining muscle → visible abs, dry look, and sharper conditioning.

What changed?
  • Noticeable fat loss, especially midsection
  • Improved muscle definition and hardness
  • Better vascularity and overall “dry” look
  • Strength mostly maintained despite deficit

Approach:
  • High protein, low carb, strict calorie deficit
  • Double sessions: strength (AM) + cardio/abs (PM)
  • Focus on consistency > intensity

Stack (kept simple & effective):
  • Testosterone base
  • Cutting compounds for fat loss + preservation
  • Support stack for BP, heart rate, and overall health

Biggest lesson:
Fat loss at this stage is not about adding more drugs
→ It’s about dialing in diet, cardio, and consistency

What actually made the difference?
  • Sticking to the diet (no excuses)
  • Increasing cardio duration instead of chasing heart rate
  • Managing fatigue and not overcomplicating the stack

Final phase mindset:
No shortcuts, no panic changes
→ Just execution every single day

Still pushing for that final sharp, shredded look 💯
This is where the last 10% is built.

This is where the last 10% is built.

Very solid work here, and the photos back it up clearly.

The drop from ~95 to ~84 while tightening up the midsection and keeping fullness is exactly what a good cut should look like. You didn’t just lose weight, you improved the look… sharper lines, better separation, more dryness. That’s the difference between just dieting and actually doing things right.

Also, the way you’ve structured the post is on point. Clear, honest, no overcomplication. And that lesson you highlight is key… at this stage it’s not about adding more, it’s about executing better. That shows maturity.

Keeping strength while pushing that kind of deficit and workload is another big win. A lot of people flatten out or lose performance there, you didn’t.

A couple of things to keep in mind now that you’re close:

Watch fatigue closely. This is where people overshoot and start looking worse instead of better. Sometimes doing slightly less, but cleaner, gives you more.

Sleep and recovery will make or break that final look. Don’t underestimate that.

And don’t rush the last bit. That final 10% you mention is exactly where patience matters most. It’s slower, but it’s what separates a good physique from a really sharp one.

Overall, great job. You’ve done the hard part, now it’s just about polishing it.

Update → Progress Continues

Stats:
Start: ~95 kg, ~23% BF
Previous: ~84 kg
Current: ~82 kg (leaner + tighter, but much better recomposition)

What’s new?
Even though the scale only dropped ~2 kg, the visual change is way bigger.
→ Physique looks harder, denser, and more “complete”
→ Noticeable improvement in muscle separation and conditioning
→ Midsection tighter, abs starting to pop more clearly
→ Overall look: less “flat cut” and more “full + dry”

Key realization:
Weight loss slowed, but recomp improved massively
→ This is where physique actually transforms, not just scale drops

Training & routine:
Still locked in:
AM → Strength
PM → Cardio + abs

No drastic changes — just better execution and consistency

Stack adjustment (next phase):
Keeping it cleaner and more targeted:
→ Dropping EQ & Tren
→ Introducing Masteron Propionate for dryness and hardness and winstrol injectable 50mg EOD
→ Adding injectable L-Carnitine for fat metabolism support
→ Test base remains

Goal now is refinement, not just fat loss

What’s making the difference now?
→ Diet precision (no slips)
→ Cardio consistency over intensity
→ Better fatigue management
→ Not chasing scale, chasing look

Current phase mindset:
This is the hardest part — the “last stretch”
→ Small changes = big visual impact
→ No emotional decisions
→ No random additions
