Hey, I’m Davy.
I’m 21 years old and I’ve been training seriously for around 5 years. Over the last 2 years I’ve gone much deeper into PEDs, pharmacology, bloodwork, peptides and everything surrounding performance enhancement.
I’m basically a gymbro who became interested in the science behind steroids and what we do.
I spend a lot of time reading about pharmacology, physiology, compounds, bloodwork and mechanisms of action, but I’m equally interested in what actually happens when you put that knowledge into practice. There’s a big difference between knowing how something is supposed to work on paper and seeing how different people actually respond to it.
My main areas of interest are PEDs and pharmacology, training, peptides and side-effect management. I’m also particularly interested in newer and more exotic compounds. I’m not someone who automatically dismisses something just because it’s unconventional. If there’s a rational reason behind an approach, I’m always interested in looking into it, understanding the potential benefits and risks, and seeing what the evidence and real-world experience actually tell us.
At the same time, I’m not here to pretend I know everything.
I’m still young, I’ve made mistakes and I make them nowadays too, changed my opinions and learned a lot from things that didn’t go exactly as planned. I think that’s part of properly understanding this stuff. There are plenty of things we know, plenty of things we think we know, and plenty of things that are still unclear.
That’s also how I approach bloodwork and side effects. I don’t like looking at one number in isolation or assuming that one compound is going to affect everyone the same way. Context matters: your baseline, your other compounds, your training, nutrition, lifestyle, symptoms and how the markers change over time.
My goal here isn’t to act like the guy who has all the answers.
I want to be the guy you can actually talk to.
If you have a question that sounds stupid, a weird bloodwork result, a compound you’ve never heard of, an unconventional idea you’re curious about, or even something you’re worried you might have messed up, ask. There’s no judgement here.
I’d much rather someone ask a question before making a decision than stay quiet because they’re afraid of looking inexperienced.
I’ll always try to separate what we actually know from what we’re assuming, explain the reasoning behind my opinion, and be honest when the evidence simply isn’t there.
At the end of the day, I’m just a young guy who loves training, loves learning and probably spends way too much time reading about compounds that most normal people have never heard of.
Ask questions. Challenge things. Bring weird stuff. Let’s learn from it together.
