Driada Tadalafil not working for me? Or something else?

Hi, my neighbor ordered Cialis 5mg and I was able to try it out. I used it 1 - 1:30h before my workout and I didn't feel anything at all. My neighbor gave me 7,5mg but I still didn't feel any effects. What can I do?

Did I even get Tadalafil or did my order get messed up?

Makes me kinda sad :/

A workout pump is more about how much salt, carbs, and water you’ve had before training than about tadalafil. Even citrulline is probably more relevant for pumps than tadalafil.

You don't necessarily have to get a crazy pump during your workout after taking tadalafil.

Tadalafil offers a great deal of cardiometabolic benefits, which could be discussed at length. As mentioned above, the pump effect depends on many factors, not just PDE inhibitors.

In low doses, tadalafil simply does its job "silently," allowing you to stay healthy longer than most people, at least in terms of endothelial health.

Hi Relentless!!

I have to agree with @the Mentor… Tadalafil doesn’t always feel like something obvious, especially at 5-7.5 mg. It’s not a stimulant and it won’t make you stronger.

For pump, carbs, salt, hydration and training style matter much more. Tadalafil usually works more “silently” in the background.

If you want to judge it properly, try it in normal conditions, well-fed, hydrated, with enough sodium, But Don’t expect a crazy feeling from it, because it will not give it you…
