ABOUT ME
  • Age: 25
  • Height: 178 cm
  • Current Weight: 96–97 kg fasted
  • Training experience: ~3 years serious bodybuilding
  • Working with a coach since January 2025
  • Goal: Continue lean growth while keeping health markers in check
WHY I’M POSTING
I’m currently working with a coach and I’m very happy with the progress so far.
Still, I think getting additional opinions from experienced enhanced bodybuilders is always valuable to continue learning and improving.

I regularly do bloodwork and monitor recovery, sleep and stress levels closely.


STARTING POINT​

January 2025
  • Started first serious cut with coach
June 2025
  • End of cut
  • Lowest bodyweight:
    • 78 kg fasted
Started first PED protocol:
  • Testosterone Cypionate
    • 250 mg every 5 days
Bloodwork after first weeks:
  • Looked good overall

SECOND PHASE​

Added:
  • Testosterone Cypionate
    • increased to 250 mg every 5 days
  • Drostanolone
    • 200 mg every 5 days
  • 4 IU HGH
Ran this setup until February 2026.

Progress:
  • Bodyweight increased from ~78 kg to ~93 kg fasted
  • Very happy with overall progress and look

NPP EXPERIMENT​

February 2026 – March 2026

Added:
  • NPP
    • 200 mg every 5 days
    • split injections
Positives:
  • noticeable fullness
  • rapid weight increase
Negatives / Side Effects:
  • terrible sleep
  • night sweats
  • elevated stress levels
  • poor recovery
  • constant inner unrest
  • felt overstimulated all day
  • extreme PIP (Post Injection Pain)
  • sometimes could barely walk after injections
Many people warned me beforehand about NPP side effects and unfortunately I reacted very badly to it.

Result:
  • removed NPP after ~1 month
Bodyweight after NPP phase:
  • ~96 kg fasted

CURRENT BLOODWORK ISSUES​

Latest bloodwork:
  • Estradiol:
    • ~680
  • HDL:
    • low / lower reference range
Everything else looked relatively good.

Main concerns right now:
  • very high estrogen
  • low HDL cholesterol
The difficult part:
  • lowering estrogen with Aromasin can worsen HDL even further

CURRENT PROTOCOL after NPP is noeting for me (MAY 2026)​

Current cycle (started this week):
  • 4 IU HGH
  • Testosterone Cypionate
    • 200 mg E3D
  • Drostanolone Enanthate
    • 200 mg E3D
AI:
  • Exemestane
    • currently considering:
      • 12.5 mg E3D
      • or 25 mg E3D
Question here:
Considering my estrogen was already extremely high even on lower test dosage, would you start lower with Aromasin first or directly at 25 mg E3D?

Plan:
  • repeat bloodwork in 1–2 months
  • monitor HDL closely

  • cardiovascular condition feels good overall

Hi Hatecore1! Very nice post!

Honestly, this is one of the few posts where I can tell there’s real structure behind the progress. The photos, the tracking, the bloodwork, the self-awareness… this already looks much closer to someone building long term instead of just chasing scale weight.

And first thing:
dropping NPP was the correct decision.

A lot of guys try to “push through” compounds they clearly tolerate badly because they like the fullness. You listened to your body early, and that was smart. The sleep issues, sweats, overstimulation and constant stress feeling are not small side effects. Living in that state destroys recovery over time even if the physique looks good temporarily.

Now, from a real coaching perspective:

Your biggest issue is not estrogen itself.
Your biggest issue is the ratio between:
total androgen load
bodyweight increase speed
recovery capacity
and cardiovascular stress.

680 E2 is obviously too high, but I think the mistake would be trying to aggressively crush it now.

Personally, I would absolutely NOT start at 25 mg Aromasin E3D.

That’s how people overshoot, feel dry, lose pumps, destroy HDL further and suddenly feel worse than before.

I’d start lower, reassess symptoms, then pull bloods again. Your body clearly aromatizes heavily, but your HDL is already warning you too.

And another thing:
your current physique level does not require more total load right now.

You’re already near 100 kg fasted at 178 with visible quality tissue after only ~3 years serious bodybuilding. That’s very fast progress.

This is the phase where smart bodybuilders slow the pace slightly and consolidate.

What I would focus on if I were coaching you:
  1. Stabilize bodyweight for a bit
    Not every month needs to be “growth mode”. Holding a heavy, lean bodyweight while improving performance is underrated.
  2. Push performance, not just scale weight
    The next level for you comes from becoming brutally strong with control and execution, not just adding compounds.
  3. Keep cardio permanently
    Not as punishment. As infrastructure.
    3x45 is good. Honestly I’d probably keep that year round.
  4. Watch digestion more than people think
    At nearly 5k calories, digestion quality becomes anabolic.
    If digestion drops, growth quality drops.
  5. Sleep is your real anabolic window
    The fact that you reacted badly to NPP tells me your nervous system is sensitive. Protect sleep aggressively.
  6. Don’t become addicted to “feeling enhanced”
    This is the biggest trap for highly responsive guys.
    You clearly respond very well.
    That means the temptation will always be:
    “what if I add a bit more?”
But the physiques that last are usually built by the guys who know when NOT to escalate.

Also, your blood pressure and glucose are actually decent considering the environment, which is a very good sign. It tells me your health practices are already helping.

And final thing:
don’t underestimate how valuable it is that you’re asking questions now instead of pretending everything is perfect.

That mindset alone will probably save you years of mistakes.
