Hi guys,

Im 19 yo, 1m75 and 75kg

I started taking testosterone a few days ago, gonna do a 16 week cycle at a dose of 250 mg per week, split into two injections of 125 mg each, to help preserve muscle mass while cutting body fat. I didn’t start at the beginning of my diet—I began around week 6 of my cut.

Before starting testosterone, I had already been eating around 1,600 calories per day with the help of retatrutide and had lost approximately 10 kg through diet and training alone with 30 minutes + cardio and atleast 10k steps outside. My main reason for introducing testosterone at that point was to reduce muscle loss during the remainder of the cut, support recovery, and maintain my strength as I continued dieting.

Im am trying to keep everything in check with my health ive done bloodwork before starting the cycle everything was mostly good no issues at all my free test was 18.20, so as for now I will wait untill I get to week 4-5 get my bloodwork done and see how my body reacts to 250mg test e

As for supplements im taking:
Omega 3 fish oil
Coq-10
Vit D
Magnesium

I didnt buy any ancillary but I will for sure get some hcg and ai later on the cycle.

Thanks for reading, and I hope ill get some tips from the experienced guys here.

Hey bro!

I like your mindset. You lost 10 kg before touching testosterone, which tells me you built the foundation first instead of expecting the drugs to do the work.

My advice is simple: don’t rush to add more. Let the 250 mg do its job, get your week 4-5 bloodwork, and adjust only if the data says you need to. Consistency beats complexity every time.

Good luck with the cut, and don’t forget to post before and after photos. That’s the most rewarding part of the journey. 💪

Hey man thanks for the motivation means allot, I wasn’t sure if I should keep going on the cut or start eating maintenance to grow more muscle mass but I came to conclusion that ill just get to the body fat % im targetting and then if all good ill run a second cycle with test 350 and primo 250, and always trying to keep it safe. Less is more in my opinion.

Hey man, just a question is there anything you can recommend taking while on test like a must supplement or something that can make me get better results and so that I can get the full potential of testo results or is everything I listed down fine? Thanks again.

You’re already covering the essentials, bro!

Omega-3, magnesium, vitamin D and CoQ10 are all sensible choices, so I wouldn’t go chasing a long list of supplements just because you’re on testosterone.

If I were to add anything, it would be based on your bloodwork, not marketing. If HDL drops, consider bergamot. If blood pressure starts creeping up, keep an eye on sodium, cardio and your telmisartan rather than adding more pills. NAC is another inexpensive option if you simply want a bit of extra support.

Save your money for the things that really matter: quality food, regular bloodwork and good sleep. Those will do more for your results than 90% of the supplements on the market.

As a rough idea, the supplements I mentioned would cost somewhere around €20-40 per month, depending on the brands you choose.

Keep it simple, keep learning, and let your progress guide your next decision.

Hey don 👋

Since the contest is almost over I would like to ask one more and final question about my cycle,
so as I am now on 250 test I was planning on doing this cycle for 16 weeks but, I started to think that after week 6 or 8 when I do my bloodwork and if everything seems OK and when I get to week 10-12 depending on my bf%, I would throw in some boldenone 300mg for another 14-16 weeks and in the last 6 weeks of the cycle also add some masteron 500mg and raise my test to 500mg a week, and so which would put me in a total of 24-28 week cycle. This is for a bulk phase after the cut is done👌

Buttt I would only consider doing this if my bloodwork is good which should be because I have been doing everything great by now taking my sups getting my daily water in, eating clean and good sleep. now I just gotta wait and see how the bloodwork is and then then if I do add boldenone and mast after this cycle I will go back to trt levels of test and stay on it for a while and let my body chill out after a big cycle like that💆‍♂️the goal is 10-12% bf and then start a lean bulk.

Whats you’re opinion on this brah🫡

Also gonna add some pictures from before and after the cut made some good progress 9 weeks into the cut… I love this shit, my passion only keeps on growing for body building 🏋️‍♀️.

Note: I might change my mind and take test npp mast for a second cycle.

I know its not the perfect picture from before but you can still recognize the difference the cut made. No gear was used for the first 6-7 weeks currently in week 9 of the cut trying to hit 10-12%bf.

Honorable mention: i have been working out for 2 years consistent from now on.
