I’m planning to go on cycle soon and want to get my first full blood panel done in the next few days.

Which markers should I make sure to include in the bloodwork?

My plan afterward is to run Test E at 250 mg per week, injected every other day, and then get bloodwork again after 6 weeks.

Should I already have both an AI and tamoxifen on hand just in case, or should I wait until the 6-week bloodwork results before making any decisions?

Also, if I notice signs of high estrogen/aromatization before the 6-week mark, would it make sense to get bloodwork done earlier and then only use medication if the bloodwork confirms that it’s needed?

These are your blood markers you should get checked before start taking AAS and when you did your first 6 weeks on, then every few month:

Total testosterone, free testosterone, LH, FSH, E2, Prolactin, SHGB, CBC, PSA, lipid panel, kidney function, HbA1c

Im really hoping you dont rly mean to do 250mg Test EOD cuz that would be 1g a week completely nothing you should do as a first timer.

Also why chosing to inject EOD test when 2 times a week is conpletly doing what you want. You just add a lot of local trauma and upping the risk of scar tissue on your muscles.

For the AI, yes to be prepared it does makes sense to already have ONE AI on hand when you start taking test, you should take it just when your E2 is way out of range in the high numbers.

For tze last question, yes you always get checked if you stsrt feeling strange/off, not when you already grew tits.

To have fixed check ups every few weeks is the base, it doesn't mean to wait until when you start feeling off.
