1. Basic Information
  • Age: 24
  • Height: 185 cm
  • Starting weight: 90 kg
  • Estimated body fat: ~17%
  • Training experience: 5 years
  • Enhanced for the last year
Goal

Main goal is to push overall size and strength while bringing up leg development.
Target weight is around 95 kg while staying leaner and tighter than current condition.
2. PEDs Protocol
Planned duration

12–16 weeks depending on recovery, bloodwork, sleep, and CNS response.

Compounds

Weeks 1–4
  • Sustanon — 500 mg/week
  • Tren E — 200 mg/week
  • Oxymetholone — 40 mg/day
Weeks 5–12/16
  • Sustanon — 500 mg/week
  • Trenbolone — 200 mg/week
Support
  • Regular bloodwork monitoring
  • Electrolytes + hydration focus
  • Fish oil, magnesium, NAC/TUDCA support
  • Cardio 1x weekly
Notes

Anadrol is only being used as a kickstart during the first month to push strength and early size gains.
If sleep, anxiety, blood pressure, or CNS stress become too noticeable, the cycle will be shortened or adjusted.

Would have liked to include Masteron in the stack for a drier and harder look, but currently unable to get any locally
4. Progress & Notes
Starting condition

Currently sitting at 90 kg around 17% body fat with solid strength levels from previous enhanced phases.

Expectations
  • Push bodyweight toward 95 kg
  • Improve leg development
  • Increase training intensity and recovery
  • Stay tighter and leaner than previous bulk phases
Monitoring
Keeping an eye on:
  • Blood pressure
  • Sleep quality
  • Mood/CNS stress
  • Appetite and digestion
Possible Adjustments
Depending on progress and side effects:
  • Lower or remove tren early
  • End the cycle earlier if CNS fatigue becomes too noticeable
  • Cruise afterward instead of extending too aggressively

Stenwai:

You already have a solid base. From the photo, your upper body is clearly ahead of your legs, so I think you’ve correctly identified the real priority.

My only criticism is that this isn’t really a “lean bulk” setup. Sustanon 500 + Tren 200 + Anadrol is a growth cycle. If food gets out of control, you’ll gain weight very quickly, but not all of it will be quality tissue.

A few thoughts:

At 17% body fat, you’re carrying enough fat already that estrogen management, blood pressure and appetite control will matter more than adding more compounds.

The biggest growth opportunity is probably not more drugs, but turning your legs into a specialization phase. Most guys with your structure need more quad volume, more frequency and more execution, not more milligrams.

The photo also suggests your chest, delts and arms respond very easily. I’d be careful not to keep feeding your strengths while your lower body lags behind.

I’d like to know:

Current leg measurements.
Calories and macros.
Step count.
How many times per week you’re training quads and hamstrings.
Recent bloodwork.

One final point: if you reach 95 kg while keeping your waist close to where it is now, that will be a far more impressive result than reaching 100 kg with a softer look.

Keep posting updates. The physique already looks powerful, but the next level for you is balance, not just more size.

Unfortunately, after around two weeks of using Tren, I started experiencing noticeable sleep issues. I began waking up unexpectedly a couple of times during the night, which was not something I had experienced before.

On top of that, the weather has been extremely hot lately, so sleeping has already been difficult because of the temperature. The Tren also seemed to noticeably increase my sweating, and combined with the summer heat it became even harder to get comfortable and sleep properly.

Because of this, I decided to discontinue Tren rather than try to push through the side effects and change the compounds I’m currently running.

My current protocol is now:
  • Sustanon — 500 mg/week
  • Nandrolone Decanoate — 400 mg/week
  • Masteron — 300 mg/week
All compounds are from Driada.

The main goal of this cycle was to bring up my legs while also improving my overall size and condition. So far, I can already see some progress in my legs. I’ll post updated pictures later so I can make a better comparison.

Interestingly, despite gaining around 3 kg on the scale, I feel like my overall look has become noticeably leaner and more defined. My current bodyweight is 93 kg.

As for the Tren-related side effects, the situation improved quite quickly after discontinuing it. Within a couple of days, my sleep went back to normal, and the excessive sweating also significantly decreased. At the moment, I don’t have any noticeable issues and overall I feel much better without Tren.

I haven’t done my bloodwork yet, but I plan to get the main panels checked shortly and will post the results once I have them. For now, I’m mainly keeping an eye on blood pressure, sleep, recovery, general wellbeing and any other changes.

I’ll update the thread with progress pictures and bloodwork once I have them

Hi Stenwai!

I think you made the right call. Once sleep starts deteriorating, especially that early, trying to “tough it out” usually makes very little sense. Sleep is part of the anabolic environment too, and sacrificing it just to keep Tren in the protocol can become counterproductive very quickly.

The fact that sleep and sweating improved almost immediately after removing it is pretty telling 🙏

The 3 kg gain while visually getting tighter is encouraging, but I wouldn’t overinterpret it yet. Glycogen, water and food volume can move quickly when the environment changes.

Let the mirror, waist measurement, strength and another few weeks of trend data tell the story.

With the new setup, my main advice would actually be stop changing things now. You already changed a major variable. Give the body time to settle, keep nutrition and training consistent, and get the bloodwork done before making another adjustment. BP, CBC/hematocrit, lipids, liver/kidney markers and ideally E2/prolactin will give you much more useful information than trying to predict problems in advance.

And definitely post those leg updates when you’re comfortable doing so 😁. If you’re 93 kg, looking tighter and the original weak point is visibly improving, that’s exactly the direction we wanted when we first discussed this.

Sometimes good coaching is knowing what to add. Often it’s knowing when you’ve already done enough and should simply let the plan work.

Keep us up to date mate!!

I think you made the right call dropping Tren once it started affecting your sleep. No point forcing a compound when your recovery is already taking a hit, especially when the sleep and sweating improved so quickly after stopping it.
The 3 kg gain while looking tighter is a good sign, but give the new setup some time before judging it. Keep training and nutrition consistent, get that bloodwork done, and definitely post those leg updates when you have them. 💪🔥

When we run tren, we really need to know why we're using it. A sensible dose gives you high anabolic selectivity with minimal risk of androgenic side effects on the prostate and other organs. There's a specific dosage threshold where brain damage - since tren is extremely neurotoxic - is kept to a minimum, while you still get all the benefits of tren acting as a glucocorticoid antagonist.

Now, if you want tren's androgenic and progestin action not to mess up your sleep at the very least, 200mg is way too high. In your case, I'd either drop it completely since you already have nandrolone in the stack or run 5-10mg a day, max. You don't need a lot of tren for it to do its job, and honestly, I don't really see a place for it other than as a sort of "anti-catabolic" with great selectivity potential during a caloric deficit.
