The difference between these photos represents one of the most challenging and rewarding periods of my life.
When I started, I was carrying significantly more body fat, especially around my waist and chest. Although I had previous training experience, maintaining a consistent calorie deficit and controlling hunger was always difficult.
Over time, I focused on improving my nutrition, staying active, and remaining consistent with my training. The process required patience, discipline, and a long-term mindset.
The biggest change wasn't just the number on the scale. As the body fat came off, I regained athleticism, improved my conditioning, and completely changed the way I felt physically and mentally.
Going from 100 kg to 75 kg at 190 cm allowed me to achieve a level of definition I had never reached before. Seeing visible abs, improved muscle definition, and a much leaner physique was the result of hundreds of small decisions repeated every day.
My advice to anyone starting a similar journey is simple: focus on consistency rather than perfection. Sustainable habits will always outperform short bursts of motivation.
I'm proud of the transformation shown in these photos and grateful for everything I learned throughout the process.
