Hello everyone,

here’s my video for the Hammer Curl Challenge.
Recorded in my home gym with my adjustable dumbbell.

24 repetitions × 36 kg in 30 seconds
864 + 3.6 = 867.6 points

Here’s also a picture of the dumbbell showing the readable weight.

I hope the last rep still counts, with it, it would be 17,5kg for 15 reps

17,5 kg x 15 reps + 1,75 = 264

Sorry I don't have/use Instagram, but here's the video. I hope that isn't a problem.

Perform as many hammer curls as possible in 30 seconds with one arm​


🏆 Prizes

1st place → 8 vials testosterone + Reward Points = your score
2nd place → 6 vials + Reward Points
3rd place → 5 vial + Reward Points
4th place → 4 vial + Reward Points

All participants receive Reward Points

100 reward points = 10 euro

How to participate

Scoring

Formula: Weight × Reps + (Weight ÷ 10)
Example: 25 kg × 12 reps = 300 + 2.5 = 302.5
3 referees check the form (2 out of 3 votes → rep counts)

Rules

  • Minimum dumbbell weight: 16 kg
  • Video length: max 30 seconds
  • Weight and execution must be clearly visible in the frame
  • Light bodybuilding-style cheating is allowed, but no excessive back bending, leaning backwards, or bending the knees

Timeline
Start: 01/10/25
Submissions until: 15/10/25

Shouldn't there be weight advantage for smaller weightlifters? It is obvious heavier weightlifters will have advantage...
for example, instead of Weight X reps + (weight / 10), it would be more reasonable to do (Weight X reps)-(body weight) + (weight / 10)

Just a suggestion.

20kg x 27reps=540 + 2= 542 points
I did few tries and in this best one I completely forgot to turn the weight to see weight number, here is also screenshot of video in slomotion where you can see slight reflection of 20. Hope this will count🤣

Alright, jumping in as well — remembered at the very last minute again 😅
Tired 20x19… was hoping to hit at least 25 reps, but it was at the end of the workout and on a pull day 😄
Anyway, showing up counts too, right? 😄💪

 
I'm 186 cm tall and weigh 90 kg. 30 kg for 21 reps. 630 total. Unfortunately, I don't have Instagram, I hope that's okay. Good luck to everyone else in the competition.

20kg is visible when you put the video at normal speed (Nice try 😆).

Unfortunately if some people speed up the video to have more in 30s... It doesn't count.

Bro that is not hammer curl first there is no full motion second u cheat so much I guess that will pack exercise but not curl and u should show us the weight and from your front not your side then we could know that the weight true
