- Losing weight changed me in ways I didn’t expect. Obviously the physical stuff, but I’ve always been the fat guy, that’s just been my identity my whole life, and that slowly going away is weird. The discipline I built doing this bled into everything else. I’m not even at my goal yet but I’m so much different. This proved to me I can actually commit to something I want, and that matters more than the number on the scale. Most of all after all of my tries cutting weight this has been the only time where I felt proud of myself.
For context, I have been obese all my life, as in I have been over 100kg since I was 13 years old. At around 14 I found the gym and started powerlifting as that was what I was good at. In those 3 years from 14-17 I was constantly trying to loose weight but I would always give out and rebound to a even worse level. This time I kinda told myself that enough was enough, and that I needed to change. I started to cut down weight as Reta was getting more popular. I go my hands on it and stayed on a slow build dosage as the I could control the appetite to an extent (even though the suppression was insane) with a focus on the effects it has on gip and glucagon. This kinda motivated me to take my cardio more seriously as I would see more results the more I put in. If your reading this and thinking about using something like this, make sure your getting your stuff from a safe source and go for it. I go my stuff from a middle man from driada but I would trust dríada if your in the Europe area.

Using retatrutide, I cut down 50 kg (165kg to 115 currently) while keeping most of my strength. Overall a great experience.
