My 20-Week Growth Phase

Back My 20-Week Growth Phase
  • Thread Author
My main goal over these 20 weeks is to add as much quality muscle as I can without letting body fat get out of control. At the same time, I want to get stronger on my main lifts, improve my overall physique, and stay healthy enough to keep training hard every week

Nutrition

I'm not going into this with a "dirty bulk" mindset. I'll start in a moderate calorie surplus and only increase food if my weekly average weight stops moving. Protein will stay high every day, and most of my carbs will be around my workouts since that's when they help me perform and recover the most. I adjust calories according to my need. RIght now I am eating 400-500 calories surplass and it has been working very well once progress satlled I will adjust again

Training

Training is where the real work gets done. Every workout is logged so I can look back and make sure I'm actually progressing instead of just going through the motions. The focus is progressive overload—whether that's another rep, a little more weight, or simply better execution than last week. I'll also listen to my body and take a deload if recovery starts falling behind.

Stack
Test 500
EQ 400
Deca 400
I pin 3 times a week to keep the level stable and also I don't need to inject huge volume at once

All products are from DRIADA as this is the only supplier in Europe I trust, I have used multiple vendors before one of my introduced here and since that day I never looked back. The quality of the oil is top notch, no pip no irritation etc and if I win the contest then I will also order GH hahah so please pray for me

Supplements:-

Omega 3
Citrus Bergemout
TUDCA
Glutathoine 600mg 2 times a week
Zinc
Magnesium

Health Tracking

I do blood work every 8 weeks

One thing I'm taking seriously throughout this phase is monitoring my health instead of guessing how things are going. I'll be keeping an eye on:
Blood pressure
Weekly average body weight
Waist measurement
Progress pictures
Blood work throughout the cycle
Gym performance
Energy levels and overall recovery

For me, success isn't just seeing the number on the scale go up. It's being stronger than I was 20 weeks ago, looking noticeably better, recovering well enough to train consistently, and finishing the phase knowing I stayed disciplined from start to finish.

At the end of the day, the biggest goal is simple: show up every day, trust the process, and let consistency do what shortcuts never can.

Hey bro,

I like the mindset here. The nutrition plan, training log, health tracking and moderate surplus already show that you’re approaching this seriously, not just throwing food and compounds at the wall.

Before judging the result properly, I’d definitely like to see starting photos and progress photos during the 20 weeks. Front, side, back, relaxed and posed if possible. With a growth phase, the mirror, waist and performance tell more than scale weight alone.

The only thing I’d be careful with is the total load. Test 500 + EQ 400 + Deca 400 is not crazy for an experienced user, but it is still a serious 20-week stack. EQ and Deca together can push blood pressure, hematocrit, water retention and recovery markers, so bloodwork every 8 weeks is good, but I’d also track BP very consistently.

The structure is solid, the discipline sounds good, and I like that you’re using waist measurement and progress pictures instead of only chasing weight. Just don’t let the “quality muscle” goal turn into pushing food too hard once the scale slows down.

Overall, good plan. Add photos, keep BP and bloodwork tight, and let the log show the progress.

  • high-normal
  • LDL: 159 mg/dl → elevated (will watch closely with Anavar coming)
Plan adjustments after these bloods:
  • Increasing Arimidex to 0.5 mg EOD or 3x/week to bring E2 down.
  • Starting TUDCA + NAC already for liver support.
  • Will retest in ~2–3 weeks before the Test + Anavar ramp in week 9.
My running order now, is more HGH and HCG, expected to arrive by next week.
