I started training in 2021 , i was 15 and around 50kg , i started training because i always was the smallest in my friend group and would get joked about how weak and skinny i was .
In the first 2 pics i was 14 and around 45 kg at 165 cm tall.
In the third pic i was already up 5kg and started going to the gym 5 times a week , and in that year i gained 20kg and went from 50kg to 70kg
The last 3 pics were when i was 16 and around 76-78 kg , although you could see good abs , my bodyfat was a little higher in real life i think since my face started to get chubby.
At this time i was all natural , i was force feeding 3500 kcal every day with shakes and bad food, and this caused bad skin and inflammation.
The 8th pic was from the end of 2023 and from here i stopped lifting and only focussed on calisthenics, leading to some weight loss and having less fulness in my muscles , my weight went from 80kg to 70kg in a short time.
I was getting really lean and still managed to maintain my strength in a lot of movements , but progressed a lot in calisthenics .
Weighing 73-75kg in the 9-11th pic.
In the beginning of this year i wanted to gain muscle mass again and move up to 85kg .
My starting point was 75kg , with really flat muscles and no gym experience for almost 2 years , (12th pic)
I started to take HGH after this pic was taken to inhance my recovery and fasten up the process , reduce injuries and gain some fulness.
And after that pic is the result i have now after 3 months on HGH , and around 3 months back in the gym while only training for strength so no hypertrophy , still doing calisthenics.
I'm 80kg fasted in the morning, probably around 10% bodyfat.
The only movements i do are bench press , weighted pullups , weighted handstand pushups. I dont do machines or isolation exercises .
